## AppsFlyer Reviews
 ### 1. Accurate Tracking, User-Friendly Dashboard, Needs Enhanced Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brijkishor A. | Operation Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I like that AppsFlyer provides accurate attribution tracking and real-time analytics, making it easier to analyze campaign performance. Its easy integration with multiple ad platforms and CRM tools streamlines our marketing processes. The user-friendly dashboard gives detailed insights into installs and user behavior, which helps optimize our campaigns and improve marketing ROI. The initial setup was easy, thanks to the available documentation and guides. Beyond that, AppsFlyer's strong attribution capabilities and reliable analytics have been essential for my work, as it was the first platform I used in my career.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Some advanced features in AppsFlyer can be a bit complex for new users, and the dashboard may feel overwhelming at times due to the amount of data available. Reporting customization and integration speed could also be improved for a smoother experience.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer for mobile app attribution, tracking, and analysis. It solves challenges in campaign tracking and performance analysis, providing accurate insights. Its accurate attribution tracking, real-time analytics, and easy integration optimize campaigns, track performance, and improve marketing ROI.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Glad the attribution accuracy and integrations have been delivering for you. The feedback on reporting customization and dashboard complexity is something we hear and are actively working on.

 ### 2. Custom Reports and Cohort Tables That Make Ad Optimization Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fatmagül K. | VP of marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I find the custom reports, cohort tables that I can use like Excel, and the simple interface quite successful. And of course, it makes ad optimization much easier. Having an account manager who speaks our native language is usually very helpful, as it allows us to understand issues quickly and resolve them more efficiently. It has significantly simplified complex integration processes with third parties.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The cohort retention report is the one I use most, and when I want to do period-over-period comparisons, I have to do a lot of manual work, which I don’t like. I would like a feature that allows comparisons such as “vs. previous week” to be added here. In the gaming industry, attribution costs can sometimes be quite challenging for companies operating globally and publishing hyper-casual games. In low-revenue countries, we sometimes end up turning off ads purely because of MMP-related costs.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We generally experience issues related to data discrepancies between third-party platforms or the mediation tool we use and AppsFlyer. In such cases, the team is very quick to assist, helping us identify the root cause and resolve the issues efficiently.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Glad the custom reports and cohort tables are making ad optimization easier, and that having a local account manager has made a difference. We're always working to improve the reporting experience. Thanks for the review.

 ### 3. Appsflyer : Problem solver, easy to use and benefit the business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh C. | Affiliate Executive , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

There are very easy process of reporting, integrating pid to extract links, and in which its track full user journey from clicks to events. its helps companies to track the performance of any application by providing the raw data access and we can also see the P360 for any offers to optimise the campaign. We can also see the pricing and the ROI of and offers that track on real time. user interface is very easy to understand which navigates smoothly.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Now the new feature i dislike to enter the code every time i have to login, which is a little time consuming. You can improve this by entering the code only one time in 24 hours.
Also, there is some concern about the cost of the platform is a bit high for the new startups and smaller companies which can be reduce as per the requirement of the client by buying it some plans.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the problem of which platform brings the installs and etc and which platform performed better and by which platform user made the purchase , whether its real purchase or not. it also detect the install p360 fraud which gave us the idea of the future event we get from these installs might be fraud. One more suggestion is to involving some artificial intelligence for the report that shows the campaigns performance on real basis which will give us some alert that we are getting some kind of fraud in this campaign.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thanks for the feedback - great to hear the real-time campaign tracking and full user journey visibility are working well for your team.
We've noted your feedback on the friction points and flagged it internally.

 ### 4. Intuitive, User-Friendly Reporting That Makes Attribution Analysis Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin M. | Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

What I like best about [AppsFlyer](https://www.appsflyer.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) is how intuitive the platform is and how easy it is to access and analyze reports compared to other MMPs. The interface is very user-friendly, which makes campaign monitoring, attribution analysis, and performance tracking much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

One thing I dislike about Appsflyer is that the fraud protection solution can sometimes be inconsistent. In some cases, fraudulent events are not properly filtered and events appear in AppsFlyer that were never actually triggered in our backend, which can create discrepancies in reporting and attribution analysis.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer is mainly solving the challenge of attribution across multiple marketing channels. It allows us to centralize data from different partners, networks, and platforms into a single dashboard, making reporting and performance analysis much more efficient. This helps us save time, improve decision-making, and have a clearer view of overall campaign performance.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thanks for the feedback - glad the reporting and attribution analysis experience is working well for you compared to other MMPs.
We're always looking to improve and have noted your comments on fraud protection consistency.

 ### 5. Good tool overall, bit complex but gets the job done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit R. | Growth Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I like that it just works without too much headache. Attribution is pretty clear and reliable, and you can trust the numbers most of the time which is honestly the main thing. Also the dashboard is quite clean once you get used to it, not too cluttered. And integrations are solid, like setting things up with ad networks is not as painful as I expected.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Sometimes it feels a bit too complex for simple things. Like you go in to check one metric and end up clicking around way more than needed. The UI can be confusing in places, not everything is where you expect it. Also pricing is kinda on the higher side, especially if you are scaling. And support is decent but not always super fast when something urgent comes up.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mainly solves attribution for us, like figuring out where users are actually coming from and which campaigns are working vs just wasting money. Before this it was a bit of guesswork honestly.
Now we can see installs, events, ROAS all in one place and it makes decision making easier. We’ve been able to cut some bad channels and put more budget into the ones performing better. Also helps align marketing and product a bit more since everyone is looking at the same data, even if sometimes there are small mismatches.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> So pleased you have had a good experience. Noted on navigation complexity and support response times - both useful as we look at where to improve.

 ### 6. Clean UI, Strong Attribution, and Reliable Fraud Protection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahib S. | Technical Producer, Entertainment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

What I like most about AppsFlyer is how easy it is to use despite offering a lot of advanced features. The dashboard is clean and well organized, so tracking attribution and campaign performance feels straightforward. It integrates smoothly with most major ad networks and marketing platforms, which saves time during setup. Reporting is fast and event tracking has been reliable in my experience. While it is on the pricier side, the attribution accuracy and fraud prevention features make it worth it. Their support team has also been helpful during onboarding and setup, and the optimization insights are useful for improving campaign performance.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

One downside is that AppsFlyer can get quite expensive as your event volume grows, so it may not be the easiest tool to justify for smaller teams. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced reports and settings take time to understand properly. A few integrations also need technical setup, which can slow things down. Reporting can occasionally lag a bit during heavy traffic periods. Support is helpful overall, though non-urgent issues sometimes take longer than expected. The AI and insight features are decent, but in some cases they feel more like helpful extras than game-changing tools.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer helps us solve the challenge of accurately tracking where our app installs and in-app events are coming from. It gives us one place to measure performance across all marketing channels, which makes it much easier to understand what is actually driving results. This helps us optimize spend toward better-performing campaigns, cut down wasted budget from fraudulent traffic, and make faster, more informed decisions. Overall, it has improved the accuracy of our reporting and made user acquisition efforts more efficient.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thanks for such a thorough review. It's good to hear that attribution accuracy and fraud protection are justifying the investment for you.
The points on reporting performance and support response times are noted - always useful feedback as we look to improve.

 ### 7. Concise, Fast Dashboard with Easy Integration and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darwin S. | Marketing & Analytics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

The dashboard is concise, which helps us quickly figure out how to slice and dice the data to get the insights we need. Integration is fairly easy, and the dashboard loads quickly as well. Pricing does change after a few years, but the account management team is open to discussion. Ongoing support is consistently available, and they take the time to listen to our issues. AI is still pretty new for us since we haven’t fully adopted it yet, but appsflyer seems to be moving in that direction.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The changes is pretty major causing the learning curve of the new UI took some time, would be great if the transition is step by step

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier data integration and slicing & dicing of the data for us to get a clearer view of the insights

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Glad the dashboard and integration experience are hitting the mark, and that the support team has been responsive when you need them.

The feedback on the UI transition is something we hear and take note of - smoother onboarding to new versions is something we're focused on.

 ### 8. Customizable Unified Dashboards That Make App Decisions Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

It's helpful to see all install sources in one place. Dashboards with the unified view, and the fact they're customizable, help me create one place where I can make decisions, without looking at multiple dashboards and trying to connect the dots. It has many features in one place, which makes it very convinient to use - from partner integrations, one link management, tracking app performance, ad spend, and even creating web-to-app experiences, such as smartbanners and QR codes directly in Appsflyer. I never had any problem with AF response - it's working very fast. It also has great sources, such as basic courses (and later on, webinars) which helped me get started in the tool. I've heard the AI Agents are helpful in my team, but personally I haven't used it yet.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Sometimes there were bugs regarding smartbanners - couldn't opened them, but it was resolved by our CS manager.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Measuring app performance directly, acting as SSOT for the app - I was handling sweb-to-app martbanners and wanted to check which format performs best. AF results had helped me to identify these formats. It resulted in more installs, more revenue and in general increase in key metrics.

 ### 9. AppsFlyer Sets the Standard for Accurate Multi-Touch Attribution and Mobile ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

What I like most about AppsFlyer is its industry-leading attribution accuracy. The way it supports multi-touch attribution gives marketers a truly clear view of which channels are driving real conversions. On top of that, its massive partner ecosystem—integrating with over 10,000 ad networks, analytics tools, and marketing platforms—means it can slot into almost any existing stack. The dashboard is flexible and easy to navigate, so it’s accessible even for non-technical team members, while still enabling robust campaign link management and deep-linking features like OneLink. If you’re serious about mobile marketing ROI, it’s hard to beat.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Aggregating data across multiple sources and then porting it into other platforms, such as CRMs, can be genuinely challenging, and the initial setup tends to be time-consuming. Pricing also isn’t publicly disclosed and is widely viewed as expensive, which can be especially tough for startups and smaller teams. On top of that, there’s a noticeable learning curve: advanced attribution models may overwhelm newer marketers. When you’re working with large volumes of data, reports can also take a while to load. Finally, many essential features—including fraud protection—are locked behind premium plans, which makes the free tier feel quite limited.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer centralizes tracking for our TikTok campaigns, giving us a clear view of which ads are actually driving app installs and meaningful in-app actions. It ties marketing spend to real performance by showing which channels and campaigns bring in quality users, which helps us make more data-driven decisions and optimize budgets more effectively. For TikTok specifically, this means we’re not flying blind: we can see which creatives and ad groups convert instead of relying only on TikTok’s native reporting. The attribution modeling and campaign tracking also help ensure we’re measuring the right engagement signals and putting spend where it truly counts.

 ### 10. Efficient Campaign Analysis with Valuable Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathalia G. | Mobile Media Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I use AppsFlyer to help with the analysis of daily campaigns, and it's the main tool my clients use to monitor and track KPIs and campaign performance. I really like the ease of viewing dashboards, which are simple and help track the performance of each media source for better decision-making regarding budget and media plans. The raw data reports are extremely valuable, especially for our analytics team to dive deeper into their work. The P360 version is beneficial for monitoring and optimizing fraud indexes. Overall, having quick access to easy-to-understand data and detailed reports makes AppsFlyer valuable for me day to day.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

There's no simple way to exclude data identified as fraud in P360 as post-attribution in the overview dashboards. Right now, I have to download the reports and manually process the data. It would be great to have an option in the dashboard that already shows the data excluding the attributions caught by P360.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer for campaign analysis, monitoring KPIs and performance. Its dashboards help track media source performance, aiding budget decisions. The P360 version helps optimize fraud indices, though it requires manual data handling due to lack of automated fraud attribution adjustment.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thanks so much for that feedback - we are always looking at ways to refine our offering.

 ### 11. Accurate Tracking, Robust Analytics with Room for Simplification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh S. | Operation Executive, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I like AppsFlyer for its accurate attribution, user-friendly dashboard, and strong fraud detection features. These features help us accurately measure campaign performance, quickly analyze data, and prevent fraudulent traffic, which improves optimization and ROI. I also appreciated the easy initial setup and the helpful documentation and support team during integration. The ability to use AppsFlyer with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms for campaign tracking and optimization is great. We switched from Adjust to AppsFlyer because it provided more accurate attribution, better fraud detection, and a more detailed analytics dashboard.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit complex for new users, and attribution reports may take time to update in certain cases. The dashboard can be simplified for new users, and report updates could be faster.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer solves attribution, fraud detection, and campaign tracking issues across multiple traffic sources, improving optimization and ROI.

 ### 12. Seamless Attribution, Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajal S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I use AppsFlyer for creating app deeplinks and tracking TOF for our fintech business. I like that it helps track my sources and attribute traffic accurately to make informed decisions. The user-friendly customizable dashboards and partner marketplace are a pleasure to use. I appreciate how raw report exports have improved, with data pull time reduced to just 10-20 seconds. The customer support and documentation are generally helpful, especially during implementation and troubleshooting. The integration support across Martech tools is amazing, and I find the attribution accuracy and reliability across channels to be really great. I also find that setup with AppsFlyer is easier than expected.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The UI has a learning curve for new users, especially around advanced attribution and legacy dashboards. Agency management and permission visibility could also be improved, as there were instances where agencies were hidden in the active integrations page but able to export raw reports, which upon checking from the audit report were found to have an active integration in permissions but were not appearing on the frontend. Fraud prevention capabilities, while strong overall, are not customizable enough for advanced users, like creating logical event sequencing rules based on user journey.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer for deeplinks, tracking TOF, and attributing traffic accurately. It gives visibility into traffic sources, provides reliable attribution, solves CRM campaign issues, and optimizes marketing.

 ### 13. Intuitive, Informative UI and Easy Integration with AppsFlyer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boluwatife A. | Senior Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

My favourite part of Appsflyer is its very intuitive UI, which is plain, simple, and informative, especially in the marketing dashboard. Integrating with AppsFlyer was also less technical and easier to overview.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The least favourite part is its unlocalised support channels. Most support response are more globalised than actual local issues with attribution.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer attributes where users come from for your app. This has helped us identify where and how users are downloading our app, and we are spending more effort there to retarget those areas and optimise in areas where nothing is happening. This generally helps us with performance analysis when it comes to acquisition

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Really pleased the dashboard and integration experience have landed well. The support feedback is noted and appreciated. Thanks for taking the time.

 ### 14. Efficient MMP Tool with Superb Fraud Detection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal K. | Partnerships - Mobile App Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I have been using AppsFlyer for a long time, and I think it's a really great MMP tool for managing mobile app marketing stats. It's been really helpful in fraud detection, bot traffic, fraud traffic, and analyzing install to events and click to installs ratios. I loved how the attribution window is injected into the platform. I particularly like the specific event-wise report features in AppsFlyer, which allow me to find report details for events like install, registration, and KYC for a single app. The initial setup was easy and not difficult to deal with.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

That thing is sometime not showing partners in search box

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer to manage mobile app marketing stats, detect fraud, and track install-to-event ratios efficiently.

 ### 15. Efficient and User-Friendly with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satyam S. | Accountancy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I like AppsFlyer for its Raw reports and P360 Dashboard. I can download multiple raw reports for different events like installs, and I appreciate the ability to apply many filters. The initial setup was very easy and simple.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Generating links. I don’t like this part because it takes too much time.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer for generating links and downloading raw reports, which I can filter to get insights on installs and events. It seems to tackle all my problems effectively.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Pleased to hear you are getting on well with the platform and we take your feedback on board!

 ### 16. Appsflyer’s Constant Innovation and Frequent Betas Keep Us Ahead

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naman A. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

Innovation: Appsflyer keeps on innovating compared to a any other MMP, They have the winning edge because a Lot of new BETA's almost every quarter

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

In Some cases there is a lot of overselling, Almost every add on is chargeable and it becomes a significant cost to understand that should we actually try out something new

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves multiple problems, including unified attribution, a single source of truth at the organization level, and compatibility through connectors across almost all ecosystems. It also supports fraud detection and helps with understanding creative data.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thank you for your feedback both on the value you are gaining and the areas where you would like to see improvement.

 ### 17. Accurate Attribution But Complex UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitish S. | Board Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I appreciate AppsFlyer's accurate and reliable attribution, which helps build strong confidence in decision-making. I also like the intuitive dashboards and robust reporting that make it easy to analyze performance and optimize campaigns effectively.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

It can feel a bit complex at times, especially while navigating advanced dashboards or setting up detailed reporting. The UX simplicity can be enhanced further. Simplifying the workflow, reducing the number of steps for common tasks, and making key actions easily discoverable. Better in-platform guidance by ways of tooltips, templates etc can also make life easier.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AppsFlyer helps us track the full funnel from installs to signups to loan disbursals. Its accurate attribution builds confidence in decision-making, and I like the intuitive dashboards and robust reporting for analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns.

 ### 18. Most complete MMP for mobile apps, now AI powered

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2020

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

Appsflyer give the developer the opportunity to easy implement and monitor any event from the app that markete's need on daily basis. Also, the MCP feature make it easy to integrate the data to AI and LLM.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Add new partners/media source are only possible if already previously integrated directly to Appsflyer platform.

**Recommendations to others considering AppsFlyer:**

Appsflyer has many features that you don't find in other peers, and would only be possible with other 3rd party platform, such as a robust reporting and fraud prevention.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring all events and revenue in the app and user's behavior made easy and all data needed in BI team are ready to analyse on a click.

**Official Response from Vera Kopylova:**

> Thank you so much for this review. We really appreciate you being a customer. We’re here for you anytime!

 ### 19. Easy-to-Learn UI with Time-Saving Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

Deeplink management and overall UI usage experience is very easy to learn and use. The Dashboards are also relatively simple and easily accessible. The wide range of integrations available save a lot of time and effort.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

the Dashboards while easy to use, can be a bit intimidating without any guides and proper onboarding. The deeplinks created can not be used on google DV 360 and fail in validation. The performance of the interface is can also be slow many times when creating dashboards.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating dynamic links have become seemless and the functionality of deeplinking also is very helpful allowing audiences to land exactly where required.

I’m using Appflyer to navigate users from the browser to the app via linking, and it’s a much better option.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

we cant test this using testflight for a real scenario, unfortunatelly

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our users were struggling with sign-up and downloading the app since it’s an invite-only application, and linking users smoothly was one of the problems. Appflyer helps us link the browser to the app seamlessly.

 ### 23. Easy to Use and Competitively Priced for Deep Links

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

AppFlyer is a super easy to use platform. They are also very competitively priced, giving our company the ability to use deeplinks without breaking the budget.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

I haven’t run into any issues with the platform so far. That said, we’re not currently using their social integrations or doing any attribution, so our use case may be narrower than other companies’.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeplinking has enabled us to build a much more robust marketing strategy with our ESP. Being able to send emails, IAMs, and push notifications directly to product pages has been instrumental in making our journeys feel more seamless for our guests.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Glad deep linking has been straightforward and the pricing is working for you. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

 ### 24. User-Friendly Yet Challenging Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamal D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

I love the fact that AppsFlyer is much more user-friendly. The thing I loved most is the UI and how easy it is. Having a clean and clear UI with a focused guided pattern helps our team to integrate AppsFlyer into our system much more easily than any other SDKs.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

I wish we had someone to guide us through the setup process, like an onboarding manager, because without it, integrating AppsFlyer is really complicated. We end up having to hire different freelancers to handle these things. The initial setup was tough, especially because of testing and everything.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AppsFlyer to capture different user clicks and events, including attributions from various platforms.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Really glad the UI and guided pattern are making day-to-day use easier for your team.
Initial setup complexity is something we're aware of, and there are resources available through our documentation and community that can help - worth exploring if you haven't already.

 ### 25. Intuitive UI and Strong Attribution with Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

Last-touch attribution works well, and the other insights and capabilities—like incrementality testing and creative insights—are also very good. Overall, it’s a solid set of features that delivers useful, actionable insights.

The UI/UX is very intuitive and simple to use. It is integrated well with a lot of media partners which helps us optimise for performance metrics and keep the ROI numbers healthy.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Support can take a lot of time to resolve some of the issues. AI capabilities are not so good and helpful as yet.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us optimise our daily ad spends across various media platforms and helps us with the performance.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

> Thanks for the feedback - great to hear the incrementality testing and creative insights are working well for you alongside the core attribution.
We're always looking to improve and have noted your comments on support and AI capabilities.

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

The API was easy to implement, and I appreciated the flexibility to embed it directly into our PowerBI dashboards.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

The UI could be improved. I’m also not fully aware of the AI capabilities yet, so it’s hard for me to judge that part.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting funnel data to optimize our conversion rates

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about AppsFlyer?**

The user interface brings together a lot of information and presents it in an easily digestible format.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

While the data UI is solid and easy to work with, the export options feel limited and aren’t as intuitive or as comprehensive as I’d expect.

**What problems is AppsFlyer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appsflyer provides a great data management system. What used to be a very limited view of our app download data—created manually by combining data in Excel—is now automatically populated in our dashboards. The integrations with 3rd party software make this even easier.

**Official Response from Judith Arkush:**

The SSOT view helps give us a probabilistic view at app-based conversion trends that we'd otherwise be unable to see just viewing SKAN data.

**What do you dislike about AppsFlyer?**

Partner integrations are a bit more confusing than they should be. I work on Meta ads, and it took me awhile to realize there were separate cost and conversion integrations to activate. Doesn't make much sense....
