What do you like best about OpenText Core Email Message Privacy?

The AppRiver Email Message Privacy plugin for Outlook makes using the service seamless for our users. Users who do not use the Outlook desktop client can easily log into the Email Message Privacy portal to send secure messages from their browser of choice. Additionally, AppRiver's customer support has always been helpful whenever help was needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Core Email Message Privacy?

What do you like best about OpenText Core Email Message Privacy?

When you need a secure menthod for sending emails, this one works. I do not have a lot of great things to say about the product but I really like the supporting company AppRiver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Core Email Message Privacy?

The method of sending via Outlook plugin is a bit glitchy. Regularly I am needing to support my staff with add-on issues whenever there is a patch or a password change. This can be extremely time consuming when you multiply it by the 100+ employees we have and only 2 techs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
