The software has been so good since we implemented it in our company, and I like the customer care team. They take longer to respond, but they always resolve specific incidents. I use the salary top-up feature to send top-ups to employees to their accounts, and the withdrawal is so instant that the employee can withdraw their money at any time without the need to go to the bank. Has an excellent professional-looking interface which inspires me to do my work well without any issue or mistakes because of the accurate data it validates automatically And lastly, the security of the software is too good; you cannot log in to the software without the OTP to the mobile number. The software is good, and I would recommend it to anyone **What do you dislike about AppNomu?** Specific issues can't go untold. Even though the software is good, the pricing of certain products like SMS is too expensive to use if you are a smaller business. The SMS composer feature does not show the text number you entered in the message, and you end up being charged for an SMS where you count it as two if you exceed certain characters. An OTP sometimes does not get delivered on time, and on some weekends, withdrawing money tends to be slower than usual where to make things worse, the support team does not respond on time on weekends. You cannot use a prepaid card to pay for a service on the platform, affecting my work because most users feel safe using prepaid cards.
