Appmixer’s SDK and the potential for custom connectors which gives us the flexibility to handle a
variety of integration requests. We no longer have to worry about dedicating engineering resources
to every new customer’s integration needs.
Also, the team is great. We have enjoyed all of our collaborations with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easier observability on execution errors directly from Appmixer for non technical team members.
Currently appmixer provides the necessary tools to build such observability from our SAAS, so a solution is still available for us from Appmixer as a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appmixer has allowed us to tackle a critical need for smooth integrations without taxing our development resources. Its embeddable automation designer is especially valuable—it gives our customers the freedom to create workflows, something that aligns perfectly with our long-term vision. The flexibility to expose both integration templates and the full workflow designer to customers is a
huge plus. This layered approach means we can cater to different customer needs while keeping our
internal resources focused on other priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
everything has gonne smooth during the onboarding and the day to day, nothing to complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its flexibility. It allowed us to use pre-built connectors provided by Appmixer, but as well develop our own connectors for the tools that are not supported out of the box. Almost any task in a connector is easily implemented. This allowed us to create bunch of integrations for our customers in short period of time and increase their satisfaction. Somewhat steep learning curve, plus the documentation could be better organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Appmixer's easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface and its ability to integrate and automate workflows without coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some users might find Appmixer's limitations in handling highly complex workflows or requiring deeper customization challenging, as it may still need some coding or API knowledge for advanced features. Additionally, the learning curve for non-technical users might be steep for more intricate setups, and the pricing could be a concern for smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's ability to allow our users connect with different apps, everything inside our own application. It's very easy and straightforward to develop custom integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to my mind atm. We like AppMixer a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saved us a ton of in-house development. Sure, there is upfront work to do but once we set it up we can now add new integrations in just a few days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They didn't have some of the integrations/features we needed but their team was happy to add them in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to fully embed/whitelabel Appmixer into your own product means you can shortcut development time significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Appmixer is closed source and while it is fully customizable, as a developer I would have liked to have access to customize the underlying runtime engine. That said, this would be a non-issue for 99% of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
