The documentation is outdated and does not match the current interface, which makes learning almost impossible. Most tutorials and videos showcase a platform that looks completely different from what you actually get after signing up. The result is constant frustration and wasted time trying to follow instructions that don’t apply anymore. On top of that, the way the company promotes itself feels misleading. Inside the platform there is a program where users are literally given credits (money to use inside the product) in exchange for leaving positive reviews on sites like G2, Capterra, and Gartner. These are not organic reviews — they are paid for, and only rewarded if you give 5 stars. At the same time, the company claims to have more than 150,000 users, but there are no real comments on their YouTube channel, no independent tutorials, and almost no genuine community presence outside their own site.
