
What work best for us is the time tracking dashboard combined with the app usage panel. We manage multiple dev teams across diffrent projects, and before this, it was hard to get a clean view of where time was actually going especially during sprint cycles.
Now, we rely on the project based time logs inside the dashboard to review how much time is being spent on specific tickets or modules. Its not deeply integrated with our dev tools, but it gives enough visibility to spot gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest issue for us is the UI can feel a bit cluttered, especially when switching between users, projects, and reports. Its not confusing, but it takes some getting used to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
