We appreciate your feedback about the document upload issues and are sorry that candidates sometimes experience problems uploading documents. If you or your candidates ever need help, please get in touch with our friendly support team, who can answer urgent or technical questions at hello@beapplied.com. The inbox is monitored from 9am to 5pm BST, Monday to Friday. For out-of-hours support, we have articles available in our Help Centre. If candidates are having trouble uploading their CV, it is worth noting that the anonymisation feature requires that the candidate has completed the contact details page first; this is so that their contact details can be auto-redacted.
