What do you like best about Applied Pay?

It generates an activity as a notice and an e-mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Applied Pay?

It lets payments go through without a customer number or a name that matches our customer in the system. These payment do not create a transaction, so I have to manually add them. Also on downpayments I have to manually go back in and apple drs to credits. So the system is not really streamlined. I'd say on 80% of the applied pay transactions, I have to apply the drs to crs. What problems is Applied Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?

At this point can't say that it is benefiting me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(Original )Information
What do you like best about Applied Pay?

Our favorite thing is that we can include a link to the payment platform on our invoices. Aside from that, it's extremely easy for us and for clients to use. Implementation was very simple and seamless for us on the agency end. We can't review Customer Support as we haven't needed it, primarily due to the comprehensive information we were provided during the implemental process. Probably 50% of our clients have used the Applied Pay link on our invoices and we've gotten zero complaints. Clients also like the ease of using either bank electronic transfer or credit cards for payments. We chose not to pass on the $4 service charge for electronic payments, which has made the electronic payment option free of additional costs for our clients. All Applied Pay functions are handled by our Accounting Department so it was simple for our Service personnel to integrate into their process - all they do differently is point out the link on our invoices. What do you dislike about Applied Pay?

The only thing that's not a positive is that client payments don't hit our bank account immediately. They have to be processed through applied first, so there's a banking delay of one or two days. Not a big deal for us though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Applied Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of payments for both clients and for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
