Apple released one of the top operating systems in 2013, and it was supported through 2016. It was extremely responsive and user-friendly, and it featured all the functions needed for its age. The OS was simple to use and understand. Applications installation was easy and it would integrate well with third party applications too. The newer versons were preceeded by the old version and support was withdrawn in 2016. Compared to today's age OS, Mavericls was less secure and sometimes have been instances and reports of getting breached. Overall, it was an excellent piece of software and there are not much drawbacks. The customer support for this version was withdrawn in 2016 because new version of OS was launched by apple.
