You can get bugs very quickly, it has very well qualified testers. its testing is very easy and fast. The testers are suggested numerous tests for that reason there are always those who can do the job with different devices and operating systems **What do you dislike about uTest?** Sometimes the prices can be high when the tasks are complex or lengthy **What problems is uTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Detecting bugs before releasing new features to production, especially those bugs that require user testing on different devices and operating systems, with different IPs. ### 4. They pay twice a month, once your case/issue is approved, user receives money in the next payment round. **What do you dislike about uTest?** Some test cases and instructions are complicated or unclear. Most of the tests are the search for a bug or payment application test. But there are things which are quite messy, the description of the tasks, the process of submitting some tasks is so "has been", I'm really surprised that a company like this one, cannot do something modern,to adapt the tools so the user won't spend more time on how to do the task instead of on the task itself. What annoys me the most is when the test is about bug searching, if you found one,but if someone else has already found it too - your work was for nothing. So only those who are very quick and first to come are really paid. That's really annoying. Also, most of the test are about paid applications checking...I think that they lack a little bit of variety of tasks, domains...and they also lack better tools and simplicity...I work with similar websites and none of that exist elsewhere. Could be a great site if these details were fixed. **What do you dislike about uTest?** As I already said ,the way the tests are described, the way how to bid, the fact that all your work lay not be paid if you're not the fastest one to submit the bug. I spent few hours on uploading pictures in one of the test, hours ! I don't understand how a company like this can function like that. All the prices of doing and submitting the tasks can be complicated,long and also at the end it all can be for nothing... I'm never sure if I will get paid in fact and the time I spent doing it,is not worth working with Utest **What problems is uTest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly there are UX study. Looking for bugs.
