Building customized, department-specific onboarding journeys is incredibly helpful with this platform. A new medical officer at a regional clinic obviously needs a completely different set of introduction materials compared to an administrative clerk at the tax office. The analytics dashboard for tracking onboarding progress feels quite rigid and doesn’t offer the granular filtering needed for a large government structure. For example, if I want to export a report showing exactly which field workers in a specific rural sub-district have paused their mandatory safety compliance videos, it’s difficult to do that.
