I appreciate the quarterly updates and improvements in general. It's much different than other IDEs but I'm getting used to it. I like the way they've toned down the "low code" blurbs sprinkled into their tutorials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across citizen development or a need to use "low code" or "drag and drop" strategies (as a developer) more than 3% of the time. As an ancient developer, I'm uncomfortable about how much db work (table creation, relationships) delegated to the app when we depend on database access and support from other teams for integrations. These are small things, and I get why Appian would include them for their core audience (or the audience they want). Some congratulatory tone still in some training.
