I have been using appian from past 5 years now and they have done a good job in improving their appian AI engines, their associated LLMs and Generative AI. The one thing to note is the Appian limitations of different data types specifically decimal rounding issues. The generative AI also used external LLMs which creates a more scrutinized environment for security.
