And integration of few application are complicated **What problems is Appian solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Product Manager, I use Appian along with Zendesk and ChatGPT to better understand customer pain points and improve product decisions. Our support team regularly exports customer support tickets from Zendesk, and Appian automatically processes the uploaded data. Using ChatGPT integration, the platform analyzes customer comments, identifies recurring issues, groups similar complaints, and highlights the most frequently reported problems. Appian then creates a simple dashboard that helps product teams quickly review trends, customer sentiment, and priority issues. This saves significant manual effort, helps us respond to customer concerns faster, and allows us to prioritize the most impactful product improvements more effectively. I find the initial setup extremely easy when used with their cloud service. **What do you dislike about Appian?** The cost is prohibitive, the wallet hurts. Appian licenses are incredibly expensive and are designed for the budgets of multinationals or governments. If you try to set up something medium-sized, the return on investment takes ages to appear. **What problems is Appian solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Appian as a platform for business process management and automation (BPM), designing, configuring, and implementing digital workflows that optimize organizational operations.
