When we send work to our internal team as well as outside vendors, it is helpful to have it all in one place for any property manager or admin position to have access to. ### 14. Claiming that they were so advanced that you could spend rent week at the beach instead of having to be in the office collecting payments, filling out work orders, communicating with tenants. It sounded kind of cheesy, but 10 years later we often joke about how true that slogan became for our office. Appfolio is always upgrading, adding things you didn't know were even possible to integrate, helping to maximize your time! Help is always only a chat away if there is something you need help with, although most of it is so user friendly that you can often times figure it out without help. We recently took over a property that was using another software and they were actually using 5 different things like one for rental applications processing, one for rent payments, one for renters insurance, things we use one app for...APPFOLIO! I am a huge fan of working smarter not harder, and you can do that with Appfolio. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** A decade of using Appfolio and I haven't found anything that would make me even consider using another property management software. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appfolio allows one platform to run our entire property management division of our company. I've been impressed with the number of features they offer, and the reports provide valuable metrics about our property. The customer service team has always been helpful, and they take suggestions and try to implement them where they make sense. **What do you dislike about AppFolio?** One of the only features I've requested that would still be beneficial is the ability to text per building. Similarly to how they have an option to group emails, I'd love the ability to group texts. That way, say we have to shut off water to one building, we can just text that building instead of each individual tenant or the entire property. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having more access to communication with tenants-it's increased the quality of communication we have with tenants Storage-being able to go back into a tenant's page or a unit page and see pretty much any communication or maintenance, etc that has ever been done It makes finding information and solutions faster. ### 16. They seem to dance all around the topic you're inquiring about. **What problems is AppFolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love the Smart Billing feature. I can easily scan in an entire day's worth of bills and upload one file. With a single click of my mouse I separate the upload into individual bills. From there it's very quick and easy to get the day's bills and payables entered. ### 31.
