The support system, I would say, can be better because whenever I try to raise a ticket or get some help on the help desk, I feel some problems. I get some problem on finding the perfect scenario with which topic I should raise the ticket and when I will get the support, and when will I get response? 1)Not having a great pay rate for most of the work

2) Work depends alot on your location and you may not have frequent good work available.

3) They have a good competitior in same area and they are better.
