While the APM component is very mature, the EUM tool adds a critical aspect that we have really been missing - the visibility into network errors, app crashes, and other client side issues, which provide a much more compelling story during incident triage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The OnPrem EUM product has had a lot of scalability issues handling our large customer base. Features for the OnPrem version lag far behind the SAS offering when compared to other OnPrem vendors.
