This makes it much less complex and time-consuming compared to some competitors. I find their support exceptional, as they are very responsive, thorough in their investigations, and proactive in helping us resolve issues and answer questions. I use Appdome to shield my mobile app, specifically a digital wallet, and it has successfully helped me shorten our time-to-market, allowing us to release without the need to rush for a pentest. I really like the post-sale service, including the support team's response times for critical issues, which are really quick. The team has great predisposition, they’re always available for meetings or calls when I need to double-check anything, and they're there when needed the most. One of the things I like most about Appdome is the ease of integrating with our applications. Its implementation is quite intuitive, in addition to offering numerous features focused on mobile device security. During the integration, we had a series of problems; however, the support we received was always very helpful, always going the extra mile to identify and solve the problems, such as opening an account at Unicred, even with the capital quota to be paid. I believe that the method of log capture could be improved, not locally, but in the cloud, in order to facilitate the analysis of errors and related issues.
