After first being an Xcelerate customer, we transitioned to Premium – having Appcast also manage our 3rd party spend. This has dramically simplified how we manage recruitment marketing and saves our Talent Acquisition team hours each month. Another highlight for us is our account manager, who has become an extension of our team – helping to make sure we get the business results we need. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** When Appcast acquired Bayard, a number of additional solutions were added to Appcast's portfolio of products/services. Upside is only paying for applications verses clicks, ability to control cost, and able to see which joboards have the better quality for the roles I am searching for. Integrates nicely with our ATS allowing us to truly see the quality of our hires sourced through them. Implementation of the integration was fairly quick once we were able to get what we needed from the ATS. The support of the team is awesome and makes things easy, even the billing. It is a service my locations now cannot dream of going without. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Creative for ads for social or the internet is basically paying to put words or pictures we already have or paying an astronomical amount for them to find a picture and do the same. There teams are responsive and we always have two if not three of their team members on the call. They negotiate rates, help guide strategy, and bring forward solutions. I really enjoy their dashboard as well. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Technically I dont think that they are as familiar with SuccessFactors as they may be with other organizations. We are a relatively small company so making sure we understand what they need from us has sometimes been a challenge.
