I spend most of my recruiting budget with Appcast, not just because I have a great relationship with their team but because of the results. I track everything very closely - how much each applicant costs and how well they convert in our recruiting funnel. The results speak for themselves when I compare these numbers across the various partners I work with. I get a lower cost per qualified applicant, which leads to a better conversion to hire with Appcast. This also means our recruiting team is spending their time talking to the right people. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** I have not run into any issues that have not been resolved. I never hesitate to bring a problem that I run into to my account rep, and sometimes she does need to pull in other departments but always gets resolved. **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am advertising a sales position that has a low apply-to-hire ratio. The experience with that team was great. However, I recently transitioned to Appcast premium and we are still ramping up. Really feels like a set it and forget type of thing. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** At times the performance on jobs is slower than our hiring managers would like to see. Our support team is also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive anytime we need their assistance. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Luckily, we just turned a new feature on that I believe will help with this, but we did have an issue in the beginning where many of the applications we received were from unqualified candidates. Strong customer service - very responsive to needs both in the short-term and long-term development. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** The hardest part has been getting some publishers to use PPA or PPC - those that would prefer a pay per post model, particularly outside of North America.
