I love that it distributes job adds across a vast network of job sites. Its also very user friendly.

Smaller companies might have a concern over the cost to utilize Appcast but others would clearly justify the ROI for the use of the system.

Allows me not to duplicate efforts across multiple sites.

**What do you like best about Appcast?**

Appcast has helped us bring all of our sourcing and ad spend for talent aquisition under one roof, saving us time and money. Implementing this into our marketing mix was as simple as speaking with their team, making a few critical decisions, and letting them handle the rest. While their platform is easy to use and sign on daily, their team is exceptional, super responsive, and a true member of our team. Their platform is easy to use and the team has been accommodating to make it work with our own internal systems. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Appcast.

**What do you dislike about Appcast?**

We do not have any critisisms of working with Appcast and appreciate how they stay on top of emerging trends and collaborate with ad partners throughout the industry.

**What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Appcast, we worked with multiple vendors, which meant we had to keep on top of multiple contracts, monthly touchpoints, and multiple processes to post, track, and engage with candidates. With Appcast, this headache is eliminated since everything falls under on roof. One team to catch up with and keep updated, one platform to review performance, one budget to keep track of. Appcast has saved us the headache of managing everything seperately and has allowed us to truly look at performance across the board while still utilizing multiple sourcing platforms.

Their entire team is always willing to go the extra mile for their clients, and always provides updates and helpful communications so we are always on the same page. Their client care and dedication is truly top notch.

No notes - I wish I could use them more!

Anything under the sun - from vendor management and product questions to industry data or forecasting, Appcast is always willing to help us identify and find the best solution for our needs. Their recommendations for paid marketing and any additional considerations are honest and fair, and always transparent with budget items that may or may not prove successful for us. This helps us as a business stay grounded but also keep our expectations in check.

They are very flexible, reliable, dependable, easy to collaborate with.  They often allow me to ask their opinions on other prospective vendors without the feeling of needing to protect their own interests.  Their reportabliity is fantastic in their dasboard as well.

Not that I dislike anything.  It would be to get better candidates for the money and also the integration limitations with Indeed apply candidates through the API doesnt allow us to receive all the information.

I appreciate the sense of urgency Appcast displays when I have an issue. The Team is the epitome of partnership. Appcast is an agile, centralized, insightful programmatic solution for job board advertisement. The best part of Appcast is their people: excellent partners and trusted industry experts. Their programmatic platform is well organized with a user friendly dashboard with real-time insights and serves as the best solution for cost optimized ad management. Their Employer Brand services are thorough in EVP discovery and consultation. Their omnichannel media solutions and creative services act as a complimentary partner for any in-house recruitment or media department.

I have worked with them across multiple employers and client teams and have no dislikes to report.

Appcast helped us radically improve recruitment marketing spend by centralizing all job board activity, saving $1 million in the first year we implemented their programmatic tool.

We were almost dropped because we do not have a high spend each month. Luckily, our account manager was able to keep us on.

Appcast does wonderful at meeting with their team and overseeing their accounts. They adjust, as needed, for each business and recommend what is most likely to be sucessful.

The reporting is very confusing. There are too many filters that do not make sense to the layman.

Helping to funnel candidates in hard-to-reach areas is a big struggle of ours and Appcast is a huge support in helping to address that issue.

Some of the applicants we receive do not include resumes.  I wish it could filter those out.

Their website and the data is confusing. It is so easy to be in the wrong spot or looking at the wrong data. You always need to be very careful and doublecheck your search criterias and location within the site.

The customer service is fantastic. We have been working with 2 wonderful Appcast team members, who have really gone above and beyond providing support. It was very easy to add the tracking pixel to our applications in order to track results.

**What do you dislike about Appcast?**

We were almost dropped from Appcast when they brought on new leadership last year. Our spend was not high enough, but our Account Manager went to bat for us so that we were able to continue to use their servies.

Increased applications and job postings on smaller sites we wouldn't have thought of.

Not a whole lot, the dashboard is the only real decent part

We have been utilizing Appcast for about 3 months now and it has not been an enjoyable experience. Prior to starting up, a lot of promises about effectiviness, collaboration and customer service. Through the first little bit there has been a lot of road bumps with no solutions and a lot of the time, a lack of response from the team. overall the experiecne amongst my team and I has not been good and this is an integral part to our business as if we dont have ads up, we cant find candidates so its directly impacting our business,

I enjoyed the friendliness of the team we worked with during our proof of concept. They have great analytics and are good at working with certain restrictions and ATS'.

**What do you dislike about Appcast?**

At times it felt like we were repeating our selves on certain calls, and while they said they would have answers for us, at times they did not. We also saw some workarounds on things which dilluted the product.

They are able to work with a number of job boards and manage spend accordingly.

Appcast has proven to be an invaluable programmatic ad partner for our advertising initiatives. The use of Appcast programmatic ad platform does require continous feedback, which is great for honing to refine in our campaigns but aslo can be laborious and time consuming. It also has taken longer than I anticipated to get a drop down menu option (customization) added to our iCIMS platform. It is getting done but it did take quite awhile.

There is one large site that has increased costs as time has gone by. This allows me to get our jobs in front of a broader audience and save money as the other sites are less expensive.

Sometimes clicks can provide insight, and other times they can be a bit misleading.

I would absolutely recommend the programmatic program to a friend or colleague. The transition to AppFeeder has saved us a tremendous amount of money and brought in a lot of applicants.

Appcast does not provide the most efficient and useful recommendations outside of hosted jobs and Appfeeder. Turnaround time can take long due to the internal processes within Appcast.

Our Appcast Account Support Team is second to none...extremely responsive and friendly, results-driven, very knowledgeable, and makes us feel like we are their only client!  The Appcast "Program" is all they say it is...improved results at lower costs, and they do all the work. And we LOVE the ease of their dashboard, as well as the functionality.

Due to our business model and annual growth, our company requires the recruitment of 35,000-40,000 new hires in the US and Canada every year....a daunting task. Appcast takes much of the burden off our plate, delivers more and higher quality candidates (with a lower cost per application) than traditional Job Board Advertising, and does so "with a smile" and at a reasonable cost.

**What do you like best about Appcast?**

Working with the AppCast team has been an absolute pleasure. Their team and technology are world-class. There are many reasons why I love using AppCast. Firstly, we get results - quality and quantity of candidates that translate to hires. Secondly, we have access to valuable hiring data to share with stakeholders, both internal and external, that validates our collective efforts to grow our candidate funnel quickly and deliver hires. This data is imperative to articulate the efficacy and efficiency of our efforts and gain buy-in from senior leadership. Thirdly, we have had consistent support since becoming a client (almost a year), which is rare to find. Most vendor support wanes once a contract is signed. AppCast understands the idea of continuous improvement and works with several departments within our organization to ensure we are succeeding at meeting our recruitment funnel goals. Lastly, we feel valued as a client at every touchpoint. From a marketing and operational standpoint, this can be hard to achieve and even harder to maintain, and AppCast achieves this with ease.

**What do you dislike about Appcast?**

While I love having the amount of data at my disposal and working with it in my day-to-day responsibilities, I think it would be helpful to have training or education that is distilled for team members of clients who may be unfamiliar, overwhelmed, or intimidated by the amount of data. Other than that, the whole team at AppCast has gone above and beyond, and it does not go unnoticed!

They are great partners and have always been open and communicative with their recommendations about the campaigns we are running. They never miss an email and always complete tasks as asked of them. I think they are also great at making sure they do their best to remedy any problems that inevitably come up.

I wouldn't say that there isn't anything about Appcast that I dislike but at times, I wish they would proactively come to us with additional options or optimizations. I am pleasently surprised when I bring up potential optimizations to bids and they have announced that they've already done so but I also wish they communicated even the smaller details like that.

They are making it much easier to manage job ads across all the different job boards. They do work for us that would require additional manpower for us to do on our own.
