The results come right into our ATS and is very easy to see who applies and to take the appropriate action with them. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** There are times that in its algorithim that it posts some lower level jobs to job boards that are more well known to higher level job seekers. Also they need to do a better job of filtering out spam appliers or companies spamming their consultants. **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Job Boards are expensive and individuals that post jobs do not always take down the postings when enough qualified candidates are received. With Appcast a budget can be set for a job and when that budget is met it will take downt the job posting.
