From the start, they give you the preparation and backing expected to make you effective. Colleagues are incredible, and we work to help one another if necessary. Authority is learned and supportive **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Cons Very few I can consider contrasted with different associations. Good platform but sub-par applicants **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2019 **What do you like best about Appcast?** Being able to actively manage your bid price and set your budget for different job postings is pretty intuitive. Their onboarding team was great too. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** Unfortunately we did not get great, engaged candidates for the roles we were hiring. Not necessarily an indictment of Appcast, but definitely tainted the experience. Also, had issues with accidental spend on an invalid job posting. Their team proactively reached out to us about it, but was not a great start. **Recommendations to others considering Appcast:** May help depending on the role/location, but not necessarily a cure-al **What problems is Appcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appcast is a top-of-funnel programmatic job advertising company. Strong customer service - very responsive to needs both in the short-term and long-term development. **What do you dislike about Appcast?** The hardest part has been getting some publishers to use PPA or PPC - those that would prefer a pay per post model, particularly outside of North America.
