You can do story-boarding and rapid prototyping very quickly using indigo studio. The screen and stage combination along with screen parts gives lot of re-usability in the prototype. Then option to add interaction based on a value condition for screen elements is very useful for prototyping complex interaction in applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no option to de-link screens so that the any changes in default screen are not reflected in child pages. The scoping of application in browser is something that is difficult to explain to remote clients who expect responsive UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ease of use and the ability to switch between and iOS layout and an Android layout depending on which platform your design will use. I also like that you can incorporate outside graphics and text if desired Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that there is no option for cloud collaboration meaning that I could not work on the prototype with my team from different locations at the same time. That being said, it was also hard to integrate different screen designs if two people were working on them independently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can build working interactive prototype in less than an hour. Provided you have paper prototyping done or sketches ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Run on Microsoft Silverlight/ActiveX really buggy piece of software that you need to install. App can crash on highly complex prototype. The removed free version from their website and paid version is too expensive. By the time they launched expensive paid Apple had already switched from skeuomorphic to flat design, which made a 1000USD price very absurd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
