What do you like best about Apparity?

The best feature of Apparity is definitely the change comparison of spreadsheets. Justin was very informative and always reachable when we had problems during the UAT and onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apparity?

It would be better if the comparison feature can be run on just one sheet instead of the whole workbook. For larger files the software lags and would take several hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apparity?

Apparity has made the process of inventorying our EUCs extremely easy. We have had great help along the way from Justin and Chris. They have gone above and beyond to help us implement the software and get our users acclimated to the new system. The ability for the users to review spreadsheets and review them is helping us intergrate the new process easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apparity?

The grouping feature where the software will automatically group a file based off which department was scanned first can be a bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apparity?

What do you like best about Apparity?

What I like the most about Apparity is that the support team are always willing to help and are extremely responsive. They are always willing to look into problems and help our team with responding to others when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apparity?

The in-website analytics are not extremely useful and can be clunky or difficult to navigate. It would be more useful if there were abilities to start from scratch and create your own analytics there instead of having to manipulate the pre made data reports. What do you like best about Apparity?

I am new to Apparity. As a business user I am pleasantly surprised that this tool exists to fill a critical gap in control functionality when in comes to EUCs and EUC management. My experience with Apparity support -- be it regular monthly calls or ad-hoc support -- has been outstanding as well. What do you like best about Apparity?

The support team at Appartity was incrediably easy to work with and the tool interface was very intuitive and easy to train stakeholders on. We found that compared to their competitors (some of which we had worked with in the past) we developed much better relationships and could easily connect with folks to troubleshoot or just talk through how to enhance a particular process on an EUC that had a lot of manual intervention baked into it together with the business line owners. What do you dislike about Apparity?

Transitioning from old to Apparity was tough as we learned that the minimum data requirements we were collecting on our old EUC tool were not the right ones. Working with the SMEs at Apparity really helped elevate our EUC program overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apparity?

Apparity comes with a suite of tools that allow you to not only discover, but rate and record risky spreadsheets and access databases so that you can implement basic SDLC controls in a business friendly environment. Apparity makes it easy by calling out only what has changed for review, and allows you to filter out what you would consider "noise" which allows your reviewers to easily sign off on the changes and get back to work on their day jobs. It also comes with some basic version control if, for some reason you need to roll back to a known, working version of your spreadsheets. Overall this tool fills a gap in the control environment without too much overhead, which lets your first line do their jobs while still mitigating risks.

In addition, the customer support has been fantastic, going above and beyond a traditional vendor experience to ensure a seamless deployment and operational phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apparity?

While the tool works great most of the time, when it doesn't work, you'll need the vendor to support and troubleshoot errors as this is a niche tool and you may need to learn as you go.
