The tool allows us to track whether the receiver has read the email or not, and we can define the steps to be part of that cadence. It lets me transfer contacts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator directly to Apollo's list or cadence, which really saves time. I think the calling only allows calling within North America. However, they have another plan that gives flexibility to call anywhere across the globe, but they charge per second. I like that Apollo.io is easy to use, which is great for my team of four people. The customer service representative assigned to our enterprise account was very helpful in onboarding me and my team. As a manager for business development, Apollo.io saved me a lot of time and provided me with best practices to start with rather than searching for them myself. I also appreciate that it gives us a unified view to manage different campaigns that go out at different time zones for various regions, which saves us the headache of managing these separately. I believe they could give us a better understanding of what the best practices are in a simple go-to one-pager. I'd like it to be defined in terms of the activities for business, focusing on outreach, prospecting, and CRM. I would love to know the best practices for each of these categories in terms of saving and securing the domain of the company, and how to use more IDs to simulate a healthy email outreach campaign. What I really appreciate is how intuitive and powerful the filtering system is. It allows you to narrow down prospects based on very specific criteria, so you don’t have to scroll through millions of irrelevant contacts. It saves an incredible amount of time and makes lead generation much more focused and efficient. The accuracy of the data and ease of exporting contacts also make outreach planning seamless.
