## Apidog Reviews
  ### 1. All-in-One API Workflow That Saves Time and Keeps Everything in Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritsu B. | Data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

The best part for me is definitely the all in one workflow. I love not having to jump between three different apps just to design, test, and document an Api, it saves a ton of time and keeps everything in sync without the usual headache. It's just a much smoother experience than Postman.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Well its not perfect I'd say,The main thing that bugs me is the learning curve and it’s got so many features packed in that the UI can feel a bit cluttered and overwhelming when you first start. Also, being an Electron app, it can definitely hog some system resources if you’re running a bunch of heavy test sequences.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly solves the headache of "tool fragmentation." Before, I’d be jumping between Swagger for design, Postman for testing, and some other doc site for the team, and they’d always get out of sync. Apidog puts it all in one spot, so when I update a spec, the docs and mocks update automatically. It saves me a ton of manual busywork.

  ### 2. Apidog’s All-in-One API Workflow That Saves Serious Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karim N. | Odoo Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

It definitely saves a lot of time not having to jump between different apps. Here’s a clearer breakdown of what makes Apidog stand out.

True all-in-one workflow: It replaces multiple tools by bringing design, documentation, debugging, and automated testing into a single interface.

Smart mocking: It automatically generates realistic mock data, so frontend and backend teams can work in parallel without waiting on each other.

Database integration: Unlike many competitors, it can connect directly to your database to verify that API calls are actually saving data correctly.

Visual test suites: You can create complex, multi-step test scenarios visually, without needing to write heavy scripts.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

While Apidog is incredibly powerful for keeping everything in one place, there are a few technical trade-offs that can become more noticeable as projects grow.

Complexity & Learning Curve: Because it combines so many features—design, documentation, testing, and mocking—within a single interface, it can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you’re coming from simpler, more focused tools.

Desktop App Performance: Since it’s an Electron-based application, it can be fairly “heavy” on system resources (RAM and CPU). This is most apparent when working with very large API collections or running long test sequences.

Offline Limitations: Even though there’s a desktop app, many of the strongest synchronization and collaboration features still depend on a stable internet connection and access to their cloud servers.

Pricing for Teams: The free tier is generous, but pricing for larger professional teams—or for specialized enterprise features—can scale up quickly, particularly compared to open-source alternatives.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog solves two major headaches for developers.

First, it’s cost-effective for collaboration. Most competitors now charge per user for team features, but Apidog’s free plan supports multiple members. That makes it a practical option for small teams, or for solo developers who still need to work closely with partners, without getting hit by high subscription costs.

Second, it streamlines documentation through automation. It removes the need to manually write and constantly update API docs. Since the documentation is generated directly from your design, it stays professional and accurate with minimal extra effort.

  ### 3. Simple, Reliable, and Developer-Friendly Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surykant K. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I’ve been using this tool for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid addition to my workflow. What I like most is how easy it is to get started—setup is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive even for someone new.

From a developer perspective, the documentation is clear and helpful, which saves a lot of time. The performance has been reliable, and it integrates well with other tools I use regularly. It definitely helps speed up development and reduces manual effort.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features feel a bit limited, and I’ve occasionally faced minor bugs that required workarounds. Also, pricing could be more flexible for smaller teams.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Limited advanced customization
Occasional minor bugs
Pricing could be more competitive

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A dependable tool that does what it promises. Great for developers looking for efficiency, though there’s still room for improvement.

  ### 4. All-in-One API Toolkit with Schema-Driven Testing and Instant Mock Servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zhalgas M. | Team Lead of backend Developers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

All-in-one toolkit
You get design, docs, testing, mocks, and collaboration in one place — no more juggling Postman + Swagger + random spreadsheets.

Mock servers from API spec
Frontend devs don’t freeze while backend finishes. Mocks spin up automatically from your schema.

Schema-driven testing
Responses are checked against real API definitions, so tests actually mean something.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Excel doesn’t drive it
You can’t just drop a spreadsheet with error codes or reference data and have Apidog magically consume it — you have to translate it into API schemas or docs.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of bouncing between Swagger for docs, Postman for testing, and random markdown files for specs, Apidog puts it all in one place.

Docs stay tied to the actual API definition and examples, so what you read is what you actually get.

Schema-driven assertions and reusable test cases make it harder to accidentally ship broken responses.

  ### 5. Streamlined API Workflow in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ashish m. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I use Apidog for API design, testing, and documentation all in one platform, which really streamlines my workflow. I like that I don't have to switch between multiple tools, thanks to its all-in-one nature. The clean and easy-to-use interface simplifies onboarding new team members. I enjoy the collaboration features too, as they allow developers and testers to work together on the same API project and stay aligned, saving time and making API development more efficient. Plus, the onboarding process was smooth and user-friendly, with a clean interface and helpful documentation.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Some advanced features take time to understand for new users, so more in-product tutorials or onboarding guides would help. Occasionally, large API collections can feel slightly slower to load. It would also be helpful if there were more integrations with other development tools and CI/CD platforms.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog streamlines our API development by combining design, testing, and documentation in one platform. It eliminates the need for multiple tools, reducing development time and errors. It also enhances collaboration, making the workflow faster and more organized.

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I use Apidog for testing my server APIs, and it helps me test APIs with authentication while keeping everything synced with regular updates. I like the sharing feature between teams because it means I don’t have to share confidential security attributes via any messaging app or publicly—Apidog handles it all. Importing APIs and schemas is also great because it saves me the hassle of defining each API whenever I make changes to the server. Setting up Apidog is easy and seamless, and I appreciate the multiple new features it offers.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Nothing as of now.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Apidog to test my APIs with authentication. It allows regular updates, seamless team sharing, and importing APIs, so I don't need to share sensitive info publicly. It saves me from redefining APIs with server changes.

Api documentation, api testing and api automation

  ### 8. Efficient API Testing with Minor UI Lag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayush N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I like how Apidog is easy to use, and once I got my hands on it, I couldn't leave it hanging—it's become a lifetime tool for me. As a QA in an IT company, I have used it to its full extent for day-to-day operations. It helps me validate the response, ensuring it matches the required schema with the correct datatype. Running automated tests quickly identifies issues in the API. Once the flow is set up, progressing forward becomes easier. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

I would like to export my project API in some zip or something. I haven't found it in my free plan. Maybe it's a priced feature. But I would like it to have as I need to submit my work to others. The interface feels a bit laggy while typing in the scripts or typing in the request payload. Maybe that could be made way more efficient. When I type in fast, the letters and the cursor move here and there.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can validate responses in the required schema with correct datatype. Running automated tests helps quickly identify issues in APIs.

  ### 9. Real-Time Team Updates with a Generous Free Tier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahsanul H. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

The ability to update requests realtime when working with team.
& higher free tier team limits compared to postman.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Using this with team. Not found any issues yet.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to use free tier premium features is saving me and another developer's back. After figuring out how to use it, It even felt better than postman which recently decided it will not let me work with another fellow developer for free, whereas apidog is letting me add upto 5 team members.

  ### 10. Free, Lightweight, and Great for Adding Team Members

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamas S. | Embedded System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

It’s free, lightweight, and lets me add multiple team members.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

The UI is slightly rough in places. I think the Postman UI feels a bit more professional and polished, but that’s really just nitpicking at this early stage of use.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It let me add multiple members to the team without charging for more than 3 members. That’s the main reason I switched, because Postman currently stopped allowing us to keep adding members to develop together. It’s also easy to port the collections.

I use Apidog to design and test APIs, automating testing and avoiding manual CURL requests, which streamlines my workflow. Its visual design tools and organized workspace enhance productivity.

  ### 13. Apidog — All-in-One API Development Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Full-Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

Clean and intuitive UI
From day one, Apidog felt easy to navigate. Everything — collections, requests, documentation, and mock servers — is well organized and logically connected.

Covers the full API lifecycle
Unlike tools that only handle a single step, Apidog brings together design, testing, documentation, and mocking in one platform. That saves both time and the hassle of switching between tools.

Real-time team collaboration
Developers, QA, and frontend teams can all work together simultaneously. Everyone sees changes instantly, can leave comments, and version control is smooth — no more duplicated work or miscommunication.

Auto-generated and interactive documentation
API docs are created automatically and allow you to test endpoints directly from the documentation. This keeps docs always up-to-date and improves communication across the team.

Reduces errors and speeds up development
Mock servers, automated testing, and design-first workflows help catch mistakes earlier and cut down debugging time. That translates into faster, more reliable releases.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Pricing for small teams
While the free plan is generous, unlocking advanced features can be pricey for very small teams or solo developers.

External integrations
Apidog is improving, but some integrations with third-party tools could be expanded to cover more use cases.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog is solving the fragmentation problem in API development. Normally, we had to jump between different tools for designing, testing, documenting, and mocking APIs, which often led to inconsistencies and wasted time. With Apidog, everything is integrated into a single platform.

The benefit is that my team works more efficiently — documentation stays automatically updated, QA can test with mock servers before the backend is fully ready, and developers and testers collaborate in real time without confusion. This has reduced errors, improved communication, and sped up our delivery of new features.

  ### 14. Ease and Superior Features in Apidog

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JOAO P. | Backend Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I appreciate the ease that Apidog offers for creating requests for the API in different environments, which greatly facilitates the testing and monitoring of APIs. The structuring of projects in Apidog is something I really like, as it allows saving request cases and defining schemas effectively. Additionally, I decided to switch from Postman to Apidog due to the better features it offers, which improved my overall experience. The initial setup of Apidog was extremely easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

I don't like the fact that importing data via OpenAPI/Swagger in Apidog doesn't save the settings. This forces me to apply each setting again whenever I need to update using the import.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Apidog to test and monitor APIs, making it easier to create requests in different environments and efficiently structuring projects, saving request cases and defining schemas.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nawaz P. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

What stood out to me right away is how clean and intuitive the interface feels. Unlike other API tools that can be cluttered, Apidog makes it easy to get started without needing a manual. Setting up collections and running requests was smooth, and I appreciated how responsive everything felt. It’s one of those tools where you don’t feel like you’re fighting the UI just to get basic things done.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Honestly, not much so far. If I had to point out something, it would be that I’m still exploring the more advanced features, so I can’t say how it scales for really complex workflows yet. But that’s more about my usage than the tool itself.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog takes away the hassle of juggling multiple tools for API development, testing, and documentation. I no longer need separate setups for writing requests, testing endpoints, and sharing docs with my team — everything is in one place. That saves me time, reduces context-switching, and makes collaboration smoother. The ease of setup also means I can focus more on building and debugging APIs rather than figuring out the tool itself.

  ### 18. Comprehensive API Tool with Minor UX Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arslan K.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I appreciate that Apidog combines the features of multiple tools like Postman and Swagger UI into one application, making it a consolidated solution for my needs. The ability to collaborate with my team and manage different projects is particularly appealing, enhancing my workflow with greater synergy and efficiency. As a backend developer, I find building API documentation with Apidog incredibly helpful, adding significant value to my development process. The simple initial setup of Apidog made the transition smooth, especially because of my familiarity with similar tools.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

I think Apidog has loads of features but they are not easily accessible, so maybe the UX can be a bit better. For example, sometimes it takes too many clicks to reach a specific feature like mock server setup or environment management.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Apidog to replace multiple tools for API testing and documentation, enhancing team collaboration and project management efficiently.

  ### 19. Intuitive and efficient, although it would improve the selection of variables

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian E. | Desarrollador Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I consider Apidog to be an application that I use almost daily and very intuitive in terms of its configuration and implementation. I especially appreciate that it allows me to create tests for my API efficiently while developing a web application.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

It seems inconvenient to me that, in the section where variables are selected, it is not possible to directly use a select with the variables that have already been defined for that environment.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog simplifies the creation and automation of API tests, avoiding the need to set up separate tools. It helps me maintain a faster, more organized development flow with fewer errors thanks to the integration of endpoints and dynamic values.

  ### 20. Great UI, Tons of Features, and Free for Up to 4 Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan T. | Chief Programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

Free up to 4 users, lots of features and the UI looks GREAT.
I used Postman for so many years, now they limit the free plan to single user only which is bad.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

At this time, all looks good to me. I can provide more feedback on this after using this tool for couple weeks

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed up my API development and testing.

  ### 21. Apidog made documenting, mocking, and testing our APIs painless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bash A. | Senior Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

The all-in-one flow is sick! OpenAPI round-tripping, quick mock servers, and a lightweight test runner in one place. Environments and variables are easy to manage, and Git sync keeps specs honest. The MCP Server is the surprise win! It exposes collections as tools so my agents can hit real mocks, fetch examples, and generate requests on demand. Importing cURL/Postman just works, collaboration is straightforward, and the UI feels fast instead of getting in my way.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

The MCP Server docs are a bit thin—setup is fine, but operational guidance and examples for complex tool chains could be clearer. I’d also love richer CLI/headless options for CI and more granular role-based controls for teams.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog kills the usual API chaos, spec-code drift, slow mocks, scattered docs, and “works on my machine” tests. We use it to design in OpenAPI, generate instant mock servers for front-end and AI agents, and keep docs/tests in the same place

  ### 22. Streamlined API Management with Team Coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I really like Apidog's built-in automatic API testing, which removes a lot of manual work and uncertainty for me. Instead of repeatedly sending requests to see if an endpoint works, I can define tests once and let Apidog run them, which is great. Another feature I appreciate is the real team coordination, as API work is rarely done alone. Furthermore, Apidog uses tools that sync automatically and coordinate within, making it a seamless experience. The initial setup was also smooth and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

The mobile experience is limited.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Apidog to solve fragmented APIs and frontend-backend coordination delays. The built-in automatic API testing reduces manual work and uncertainty. Its team coordination feature is crucial as API work is rarely solo.

  ### 23. A Powerful All-in-One Platform for API Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kareem Magdy E. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

The real-time collaboration, clear request/response visualization, and strong support for REST and JSON schemas make it especially efficient for me.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

In larger projects, performance can occasionally lag

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog solves the problem of fragmented API workflows by unifying API design, documentation, testing, mocking, and debugging into a single platform. Instead of relying on multiple tools (for example, Swagger for docs, Postman for testing, and separate mock servers), everything is centralized and kept in sync.

  ### 24. The best platform to use in your documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas C. | Head Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

  ### 40. A Comprehensive Tool for API Design and Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miroslav H. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

Apidog is a powerful and comprehensive tool that supports the entire API lifecycle – from design and testing to documentation and mocking. I especially appreciate the smart mock features, which make prototyping and development much faster. The public documentation is another highlight, allowing easy sharing with clients and teammates. On top of that, Apidog offers a generous free tier packed with features, making it accessible for both individuals and teams. **What do you dislike about Apidog?**

There are a few minor downsides. Exporting OpenAPI specs (OAS) could be more streamlined – a permanent link to the current spec would be very helpful. I also miss the ability to export OAS for different API versions and integrate with custom Git repositories.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog is the only tool I’ve found that lets you design, call, mock, document, and test APIs – all in one place. Whether I’m working online or using the desktop app, everything I need is integrated into a single, consistent environment. This greatly simplifies my workflow and saves time by eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

  ### 41. All-in-One API Platform That Replaces Postman + Swagger + Mock Servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

Apidog offers an incredibly well-integrated experience across the entire API lifecycle. I love that I can design API schemas, generate documentation, simulate mock responses, and write test scripts—all in one place. The real-time collaboration features with branching and version control are especially powerful when working in teams. No more tool-switching between Postman, Swagger, and a separate mock server—Apidog simplifies it all. Its intuitive UI and fast learning curve make onboarding new team members easy.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

While the platform is rich in features, it can feel overwhelming at first. There’s a learning curve in understanding how API design, testing, and documentation are tightly coupled. Also, although most major protocols are supported, some advanced configurations (e.g., gRPC edge cases) still require manual workarounds. Lastly, documentation updates sometimes lag behind product updates, which can create confusion for new users.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a non-developer working on no-code product development, I used to struggle with testing and validating APIs without relying on engineers. Apidog has solved this by offering an intuitive, GUI-based interface for writing test cases, sending requests, and validating responses without writing any code. The ability to simulate mock APIs before backend is ready has helped me run early-stage validations and unblock frontend development. It has made my product workflow significantly more independent and reduced delays caused by engineering bottlenecks.

  ### 42. Apidog Apl Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Preetham F. | Director, Digital Solutions and Integration Services, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

What I like about Apidog is the Developer portal, while a little rough around the edges, it works well and provide a tidy UI for externalizing your APIs. Developer can register themselves, request and manage subscriptions to products/APIs.
Flexibility. there are a lot of customizations that are possible through the use of API policies. This could be transforming XML to JSON or vice versa, modifying headers, restricting parameters, redirecting to different end - point depending on the message body … the sky is the limits to what you can do.
Management, the structure of how APIs are manage is well thought-out. It makes it quick to start standing up new APIs and versioning them. Additionally, the analytics provided are also very helpful in diagnosing possible bottlenecks or unusual usage.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

There is nothing I dislike about Apidog.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

API Management is being used to externalize, modernize, and secure our API set. As part of our strategy to open up and integrate more with our clients and patients we chose to leverage API Management as our main gateway to health data and submissions of orders. API management takes away a lot of headaches associated with externalizing web services and API sets. Things like visioning, enabling both XML and JSON even through the back-end service is only XML, providing a developer portal and subscription keys. there is a lot more that makes this well worth the costs.

  ### 43. A must have tool for API development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natan Y. | Web Developer , Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I like the way APIDOG is managing the created APIs in a flexible way, and testing the API with GET, POST, PATCH, DELETE any many more requests. APIDOG is also useful for creating API documentation for future reference.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Disk usage of APIDOG is a lot high, sometimes it causes computer to flicker

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a Business Consulting and Services Company, our organization was in need of an API testing and management tool. It had been a lot hard to maintain APIs that connect the backend and frontend of our applications. APIDOG helped our company to manage and test the existing APIs as well and it has been helping us to create new APIs. Also, with the help of API documentation feature of APIDOG, it has been easy to provide guide to our clients within few clicks, it's just the Disk usage that is the problem here, if it is worked upon, I believe we will enjoy it better.

  ### 44. ApiDog the life saver

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan S. | Vývojář softwaru, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Apidog is an all-in-one powerhouse for API development, and it has dramatically improved how our team handles the API lifecycle. What stands out the most is how seamlessly it blends API design, documentation, testing, and mocking into a single, user-friendly interface. It truly feels like someone took the best parts of Postman, Swagger, and other tools, and refined them into a more cohesive, developer-centric experience.

The UI is slick, modern, and intuitive, which made onboarding our team incredibly smooth. Setting up a mock server takes just minutes, and being able to simulate endpoints before backend development is complete has been a game-changer for frontend velocity. Built-in testing, automation capabilities, and real-time collaboration features make it a perfect fit for Agile workflows.

Frequent updates and responsive support further reinforce that Apidog is a tool built with its users in mind. It’s a rare mix of functionality, usability, and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to advanced testing workflows, especially if you're coming from more siloed tools. Also, while the core integrations are solid, we’d love to see deeper native support for tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions — although the roadmap seems promising.

Unified tool for designing, testing, and documenting APIs

Instant setup for mock servers and test environments

Clean, intuitive UI that simplifies complex workflows

Collaboration features that enhance dev/QA handoffs

Competitive pricing for the feature set

  ### 45. The most powerful API tool that can replace Postman!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 재선 . | 연구원, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

The most impressive part of Apidog for me was that it provides an all-in-one solution for API design, testing, documentation, and mock servers. Previously, I had to use Postman, Swagger, JMeter, etc., separately, which dispersed the environment, but with Apidog, all these processes can be handled on a single platform, making the workflow much more streamlined.

In particular, the ability to develop simultaneously with the frontend team using the mock server was a huge advantage, and the fact that automated test scenarios can be easily created with a GUI also enhanced the developer experience.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

There was a slight initial entry barrier. If you are an existing Postman user, it may take some time to get used to the interface and terminology. Also, as the project size grows, there were occasional issues with the UI response speed slowing down, and it would be nice if there were more diverse integrations with external tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Slack, etc.).

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog solves the tool dispersion issues and collaboration inefficiencies commonly encountered in the API development process. Previously, when designing an API, you had to use Swagger, test with Postman, write documents with separate tools, and manually set up a Mock server. When different tools are used at each stage like this, management becomes difficult and collaboration cumbersome.

Apidog integrates all these functions into one platform, allowing the entire process from API design → documentation → testing → debugging → Mock → pre-deployment verification to proceed smoothly in one flow. Especially in projects where the frontend and backend need to work simultaneously, the Mock feature has significantly improved development speed, and the automation of test scenarios has reduced repetitive tasks in the QA process.

Personally, I feel that both collaboration productivity and code quality have increased, greatly improving the overall efficiency of the team.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

I haven’t found any significant drawbacks yet. Everything works smoothly, and all the features I need are available and easy to use.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage of Apidog is the ability to easily share API documentation with team members. When it comes to quickly sharing integration tests, rather than TDD scenarios, there’s really no tool that matches Apidog’s convenience and efficiency. Highly recommended for teams looking to collaborate on API projects!

  ### 47. One best tools for API Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jiru G. | Full-stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

Apidog provides a seamless experience for designing, testing, and managing APIs in one unified platform. I especially like the user-friendly interface, the ability to auto-generate documentation from API definitions, and the mock server feature, which is incredibly useful during the early stages of development. The integration between API design and test automation saves a lot of time compared to switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

While Apidog is powerful, it can sometimes feel a bit heavy when handling large API projects. The performance can lag slightly with big collections or deeply nested structures. Additionally, while the collaboration features are useful, more advanced role management and Git integration options would make team workflows even smoother.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hassle in organizing a API design

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I am inspired by its intuitive UI/UX, this platform is really easy to learn and allows smooth navigation between projects.

The best part is we can set the development mode to enhance the experience for both QA teams and developers.

Additionally, it’s possible to translate documentation directly into code, streamlining the development process.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

The role management is somewhat disappointing. In order to set our own environment variables, we have to be admins, which is frustrating.

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool allows us to document our API more efficiently and quickly. Previously, we used Swagger for API documentation, which was time-consuming and required additional code writing. Additionally, managing environment variables was difficult.

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

So, moving from postman gave me more opportunities, rather than Postman. I like the UI, the user interface with working with variables. Additionally wanted to say what It's easy to integrate my previous collections.
It's easy to create new collection, or copy the previous one. Easy to implement.
Haven't ask Customer Support, but if I have any problems - I`ll ask them. I think I`ll use the app much frequently, because it will be my personal favorite.

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

What I can't see by UI what there is a variable in request, like in postman

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Easy to manage variables without scripts.
2. Easy to manage roles

  ### 50. Apidog is a solid All in One tool for working with APIs

**What do you like best about Apidog?**

I like how everything is in one place. I can design, test, and mock APIs without switching between different tools. It's easy, use, and I can work with my team in real time, which saves a lot of money

**What do you dislike about Apidog?**

Sometimes it feels a bit slow loading larger projects, and I wish there were more tutorials for beginners. But overall, it still works great for most tasks

**What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apidog helps me avoid using too many different tools for API work. Before, I had to switch between Postman, Swagger, and other apps just to finish one project. Now, I can do everything in one place — design, test, share, and mock APIs. It saves me time, keeps my work more organized, and makes it easier to collaborate with my team.
