The free tier wasn't enough for our API-intensive new application and we'd of appreciated a tier between 2000 and 50,000 AI requests that didn't cost as much as the 50,000 tier. One dislike/challenge is keeping track of all the integrations, as they each have unique issues and are challenging to keep track of.
