The free tier wasn't enough for our API-intensive new application and we'd of appreciated a tier between 2000 and 50,000 AI requests that didn't cost as much as the 50,000 tier. It has been a bit confusing to understand the individual services that API deck includes, what each of them does and how often we'd need to use each. It feels like this adds unnecessary friction to what is otherwise a hugely time saving product. One dislike/challenge is keeping track of all the integrations, as they each have unique issues and are challenging to keep track of.
