No hassle API's with all the main ATS solutions on the market. The documentation was very straightforward, the support was excellent and we were even invited to join the tech teams Slack to discuss and fix problems quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free tier wasn't enough for our API-intensive new application and we'd of appreciated a tier between 2000 and 50,000 AI requests that didn't cost as much as the 50,000 tier. Worth noting that we're a pre-revenue startup. Also the list of ATS API's that are live could be more extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, transparent pricing model for startups which enabled us to do a quick POC without much friction. Switched to a paid plan after the POC and haven't looked back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love some extra integrations for ticketing/issue tracking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apideck helped us to support the integration strategy for Invoice2go, starting by growing the number of Accounting integrations offered to our customers. We like that Apideck covers various domains as well as the flexibility and modularity of the product. Apideck also aligns with our security & compliance policies, has little latency overhead and provides the operational tools to monitor individual connectors. Since the beginning, Apideck has been a great partner, the team is very responsive, super collaborative and eager to help, also adjusting their priorities to solve our specific problems. We used Apideck since the early stage of the product which presented some gaps in the depth of some integrations and the number of available connections. Apideck is a rapidly maturing product and we have seen many of those gaps being addressed in just a matter of days! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy can it be!They have more as +40 unified api's avaiable for instant use in various domains. The 5000 free api calls are a real plus to test before buying.
We're also closely working with their R&D team giving input on the compliance API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their pricing is so economic and even very competitive I'm wondering what the catch is. But you don't hear us complain :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love how quick it is to connect up to many individual HR packages from one connection. This has saved us a ton of time in not having to build individual integrations to each HR package. It frees our development team up to work on other things which can push our business much further forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been a bit confusing to understand the individual services that API deck includes, what each of them does and how often we'd need to use each. It feels like this adds unnecessary friction to what is otherwise a hugely time saving product. I'd like to be able to fully brand the connection process to an API into our branding and do it within our site, rather than redirecting to API deck. These are all small dislikes relative to the time saving and market coverage it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Huge array of integrations, can-do people, competitive pricing, well-organized and great documentation. Fantastic way to deliver integrations rapidly and grow your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, so good. The APIdeck team has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use unify to allow our customers to integrate their HR software with our platform, by integrating with apideck we only had to build 1 integration instead of more than 10. Also we don't need to take care of maintaining all these different apis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their HR unify connector is still a bit young and therefor not all connectors are fully covered. But they are working very hard on this to have perfect coverage for all their connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of building all our integrations from scratch, Apideck has unified the experience for different types of integrations. The team is super responsive and can prioritise feature requests with a quick turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are using deep functionality within certain integrations and are slowly capturing more and more depth. This is a normal process and we are very happy with the support we are receiving from the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since setting up integration authentication typically entails keeping the sensitive credentials in a location that is challenging to maintain securely and complicated to follow once you have several integrations, I'm a strong fan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One dislike/challenge is keeping track of all the integrations, as they each have unique issues and are challenging to keep track of. The next problem is to build each integration's unique authentication method, such as Oauth, which takes time and requires a lot of maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
