Overall, the interface is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I like being able to quickly scan and compare stats across comps and it’s laid out in a way that makes sense without needing to dig too deep. The automatic scheduling for market reports is convenient, and the comparability scores for suggested comps are a nice touch. Adding or removing comps is simple, and their team has been responsive when I’ve reached out with questions. Using only public data has been a plus for our teams, especially compared to the internal surveys we relied on before. Itt’s easy to pop in once or twice a week to get a general sense of what’s happening in the submarket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One question that tends to come up regards the definitions and data that make up the Advertised Occupancy and Leased stats. Without actively seeking clarity, it may be unclear initially what information comprises these stats and how accurate we can expect them to be compared to current actuals. One other item to note is that Concession notes may have a lag as to how current they actually are relative to what property websites actively reflect. Overall the data is useful for comparing across the comp set and having a relative idea of where the subject property lines up with the submarket. One plus is that they are quick and responsive if any adjustments are needed (e.g. updating website links etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
