What do you like best about Apache Gump?

Best intergration tool. It has straight-forward interface and its a user friendly. It has been a true game-changer for us ever since the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Gump?

We haven't used it for any big projects yet. So we haven't tested its limits properly. So far no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apache Gump solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great experience overall. It was so intuitive to use and made my pipeline maintenance a great experience. The main problem it is solving that many errors are caught early bh it. So it saves our time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Apache Gump?

The Apache Gump continuous integration tool was the first one developed at the Apache Software Foundation. It is written in Python and fully supports Apache Ant, Apache Maven (1.x to 3.x) and other build tools. Gump is unique in that it builds and compiles software against the latest development versions of those projects. This allows gump to detect potentially incompatible changes to that software just a few hours after those changes are checked into the version control system.

The Apache Gump continuous integration tool was the first one developed at the Apache Software Foundation. What do you like best about Apache Gump?

The most important and beautiful thing about gump is the integration to Apache tools. Thisnot only helps consolidating the same tech stack to go together also theres no overheard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apache Gump?

The pythong base language used to written and create gump is a little bit of challenge while working with java development code. Although its not a big hurdle but sometimes there are few issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apache Gump solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have created a very fast CI/CD pipeline that checks the code developed and churns out issues after debugging the code within seconds and this has helped us a lot to save time and efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It uses actual build file, any modifications to be made has to be looked over the backend team. Failures are captured againt main build page. Continuous support is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apache Gump?

Apache gump really is best integration tool. easy to implement, straight forward and user-friendly tool.

Nothing such as,it's easy to implement and best for the small enterprises.

It has out-of-the-box support for many build tools available out there with their latest version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has very limited language support and only supports SVN or CVS. It's the biggest thing I dislike. It also has very limited language support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Failed to diagnose why something is failed so it takes more time to investigate and sort it out and get back to the projects. Give some additional hint why this is failing in that build means easy to catch and sort it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
