Its ease of use is what I like the most. It is a tool that allows us to connect to other PCs and solve any problem without having to travel.

What do you like best about AnyDesk?

Anydesk is a remote access tool which is providing remote support to our customer by using internet. Most important things are that we can access remote system without going to on site and also we acn share file from one pc to another pc with security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnyDesk?

latest vesion of anydesk require license which are costly for our organisation and we are also facing adds in every 5mins if we are using free or without license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

To providing support to our remote users by using anydesk . Also we can transfer file from one PC to another PC over internet. or we can access remote systems . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AnyDesk?

It is the best remote software, easy to use & makes it simple to connect with different client users with only a simple 9-digit Anydesk address. It does not require a password to connect with another user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AnyDesk?

Anydesk remove the feature for connecting multiple clients at the same time.

Now not able to connect multiple users at the same time.

Also, while connecting with different user software gets stuck for microseconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes Anydesk addresses are not showing, so I removed the Anydesk & reinstall it & now it is working fine and is very helpful for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
