Once it's installed they don't even have to do that in the future, I can just request access to their PC, my name and face pop up on their screen, and they simply click on the green button. Once connected there's a handy option to block local inputs for when the client likes to rest their hand on the mouse and is accidentally moving it around while I'm trying to work. **What do you dislike about AnyDesk?** There are no serious disadvantages to using AnyDesk. If it were possible, the only thing I would like to see streamlined is a way to email my client a URL that would somehow run AnyDesk within a browser window in a single click. Sort of like Zoom. Even if you are new to this software, it is still quite customer-friendly. You won't have to go to google or youtube to comprehend how to use it. It is very basic, you have a reference ID in front of you and you need to share it with the other person and you're connected. **What do you dislike about AnyDesk?** The only ugly feature is that I cannot put my name anywhere in this software. There is a 12-16 character long reference ID which I need to share with everyone if I'm willing to connect with them. Rather, if there was a unique character ID, things would get much easier **What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using AnyDesk for about a couple of years, including the Covid-19 pandemic where I was first introduced to this software. I've had my work-from-job ever since, and my senior also assigns me tasks to train the new joiners and fresh employees. While the training process goes on, it is evident that they come across multiple issues and there are some obstacles that the person cannot solve on his own, for obvious reasons. Here, AnyDesk helps to take control of his computer, from my desktop which saves time and effort to a vast extent. ### 28. The installation and activation process felt outdated compared to other solutions I've tried. More importantly, unlike the large majority of software providers for small business solutions, Anydesk requires you to cancel your subscription over 3 months in advance to avoid future charges. Many other providers might advance notice policies, but they often waive these requirements for small/micro businesses. Not AnyDesk.
