The most liked feature of  AnyDesk is that we can control other's laptops/computers and feel that we are using it at our own pace.

When many members initiate the same session, it becomes slow and disturbs the work.

These are some benefits that inspired me are as follows:
1- Remote Access to other person's laptop/computer.
2- Saves a lot of time.
3- Multiple members can join the same session.
4- We can chat during the session.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

The best feature is that it allows us to use the end users and help us resolve the issue that the user is facing and also get the solution on the spot by sharing the screen access with the end user.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

The overall aspects of anydesk is helpul only the a little lag in the internet prevents the users screen from viewing in real time which happens only when we have weak internet connectivity.

The most important problem of sharing acces with the other user has been resolved by anydesk in a few clicks and also the user can allow or deny access of the end user which is also a good option.

AnyDesk is very easy to use, even for beginners. Its user interface is intuitive and simple, allowing users to quickly connect to a remote computer. The software also offers cross-platform compatibility, allowing users to connect to computers running on different operating systems.

Recently it has become a paid service which is very embarrassing for me as a user.

Anydesk is an amazing software which can be used to connect to desktops all around the world on your laptop/mobile or pc. We can manage the work of any system using anydesks remote desktop control feature, and we can even transfer files from 1 pc to another using it.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

There is nothing to dislike in this software. It works great and smoothly, and the whole software is based on only this one feature which helps it all. Overall a great tool without any disadvantages.

Anydesk is helping me control anyone of my pc located far away in urgent times and it is even helping our company to provide support to the customers using the remote desktop protocol.

I like AnyDesk and how simple it is, it is a very light tool that can work on any operating system with any specification. Also, it does not require installation just click download and run the tool. the file transfer is also perfect and fast.

There is nothing to dislike about AnyDesk it has all features that the user needs; remote desktop, file transfer, and session control.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

This program makes it incredibly easy to gain remote access to another device; installation is simple and is supported across all major platforms. As a result, it is excellent for support and IT teams and contains all of the crucial capabilities many competitors lack. Even if you are new to this program, it is pretty user-friendly. You won't need to utilize Google or YouTube to figure out how to use it. It is pretty simple; you have a reference ID in front of you that you must provide to the other person to connect.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

The only drawback is that I can't enter my name anywhere in this program. If I want to connect with them, I need to provide a 12-16 character long reference ID with everyone. Instead, if each character had a unique ID, things would be a lot easier. It slows somewhat and eats a large amount of data. Furthermore, it is often disconnected. As a result, there is still room for improvement. It would be fantastic if it could automatically accept the remote side session request for the other trusted IDs.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my everyday life, when deploying various security solutions in client settings, we need to access multiple servers, which require us to connect to a VPN and then leap to the server, which can be time-consuming. Anydesk was quite helpful at the moment. We install any dest the appropriate server and encrypt it with a password, and I can instantly access those servers from my local system without a VPN connection. Anydesk is addressing the issue of remote work assistance. Anydesk has benefited me for over five years. Anydesk helps me by offering chat, cut, copy, paste, screen sharing, and screen recording. Anydesk provides me with remote work help. I can access all of the files using any desk on other devices.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

It is very easy and fast to get started with Anydesk, you don't need to even install it. The ability to connect quickly and provide remote support or collaborate from remote locations is a positively useful feature of this tool.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

There can be lags on slower internet connections. The keystrokes or navigation can be laggy sometimes. However, these are more to do with the internet speed and the tool works well in such conditions for a satisfactory user experience.

We are able to connect remotely with our users and team members spread across India and help them with remote tech support and troubleshooting. This has effectively helped us reduce downtime.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk allows me to remotely connect to client PCs in a fast, easy way. All the client has to do is run a small downloaded file and read me their ID number. Once it's installed they don't even have to do that in the future, I can just request access to their PC, my name and face pop up on their screen, and they simply click on the green button. Once connected there's a handy option to block local inputs for when the client likes to rest their hand on the mouse and is accidentally moving it around while I'm trying to work.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

There are no serious disadvantages to using AnyDesk. If it were possible, the only thing I would like to see streamlined is a way to email my client a URL that would somehow run AnyDesk within a browser window in a single click. Sort of like Zoom. Then I could do the local install for the client and that would save a little bit of back and forth explaining how to download the installer, how to run it, and what numbers they need to read to me.

AnyDesk allows me to assist clients with their PC problems without having to physically get myself to their location. This lets me finish more jobs in a single day, and cut down on wasted time in traffic, and cut down on travel expense.

Feature, feature, feature... On a basic level the app has many good features.

However, there are 2 show stoppers in my world. The fact that anyone can restart another computer from their systray, and it will reconnect w/out credentials/login, are both fatal flaws.

It provides a good solid platform from which to access other desktops remotely. It appears to perform well and is good at what is intended.

Its UI is very minimal, and also it is easy to use. Its multi-session handling feature is excellent. It provides a safeguard to private communication between people. Its free version also has many practical features to use.

Sometimes it has some network issues while maintaining a connection. Its subscription model can be improved. Sometimes it is unresponsive and crashes. Other than that, it is a great tool.

Live chat is not working properly. You will need to improve. Disconect link when you are using from your Android mobile fone. I want to see an option to add name of your links id's.

Connection slowness and any desk global interruptions are happening during the session and stuck in the current screen , so have to logging in again even used unattended users

I like AnyDesk for automatically detecting devices on a local network, requesting an incoming connection from the mobile app to the PC.
Version available for all known devices regardless of the base OS they have installed.
Transfer of files and data by local encrypted tunnel and over the Internet.
Stable and efficient server for higher products.
Request for permissions to prevent malicious users and modify on PC.

AnyDesk is perfect, good performance and full free version for remote desktops.

While I'm accessing a colleague's computer, sharing my screen during a presentation, the connection remains consistently fast and responsive. Due to this there is a minimal lag or delay, enabling real-time collaboration and efficient work. Also the file transfer capabilities allow me to easily share documents, images, and other files with my colleagues.

It provides the best user experience in that the user can share the screen and make the other end user complete or resolve any issue he is facing in real-time without any delay.

Sometimes it gets a little slow since the internet connectivity lags the device action gets delayed and which delays the process but overall works fine in all modes of the internet.

The biggest problem that any desk is solving is that it completes the missing factor or live debugging in another client-side laptop and also resolves the issue in real-time.

Live typing sometimes needs a space bar hit and the typed characters are delayed in mobile device but from systems it's ease of use, lacking the app to control and an mobile devices.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

The simplicity of establishing remote access to another device using this app is just great, installation is very easy and available on all major platforms. Hence, ideal for support and IT teams and has all the key features that many of the competing software lack.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

It lags a little bit and consumes a lot of data. Moreover, it got disconnected often. Hence, need a little bit more improvement. It would be great if it had a feature to auto-accept the remote side session request for the added trusted IDs.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is majorly used by our IT and support teams to take access to our device and perform device setups and eliminate other security-level threats. Moreover, it has made it easier for us to take access to our client's side systems for end-user training.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

The how-to-use feature of AnyDesk is very simple and basic. Even if you are new to this software, it is still quite customer-friendly. You won't have to go to google or youtube to comprehend how to use it. It is very basic, you have a reference ID in front of you and you need to share it with the other person and you're connected.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

The only ugly feature is that I cannot put my name anywhere in this software. There is a 12-16 character long reference ID which I need to share with everyone if I'm willing to connect with them. Rather, if there was a unique character ID, things would get much easier

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using AnyDesk for about a couple of years, including the Covid-19 pandemic where I was first introduced to this software. I've had my work-from-job ever since, and my senior also assigns me tasks to train the new joiners and fresh employees. While the training process goes on, it is evident that they come across multiple issues and there are some obstacles that the person cannot solve on his own, for obvious reasons. Here, AnyDesk helps to take control of his computer, from my desktop which saves time and effort to a vast extent.

Once you get past the cumbersome installation process, the software is simple enough to use.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Definitely not the cost and trouble. The installation and activation process felt outdated compared to other solutions I've tried. More importantly, unlike the large majority of software providers for small business solutions, Anydesk requires you to cancel your subscription over 3 months in advance to avoid future charges. Many other providers might advance notice policies, but they often waive these requirements for small/micro businesses. Not AnyDesk. This feels like a pretty predatory practice, and I would highly recommend using a competitor more focused on the customer.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doesn't seem like AnyDesk is focused on solving problems. Definitely felt more like they're focused on making money even if it's at the expense of the customer. Look elsewhere.

Any desk software is most useful for screen sharing with help of unique I'd numbers. Without acceptance of system, we can not access the another system. For the job like accessing the heavy software it is very easy to access from home to office system.

I thing anydesk can upgrade with more safety. Sometimes it will delay the operation also. May be it can be issue of internet.

Anydesk is the best remote connectivity software, I have been using this for last more than 5 years. It helps me a lot for remote work. Anydesk has features like chat, recording, file sharing and screen sharing. I like how anydesk has cross-platform support and is compatible with all the devices. I like that anydesk has video recording feature also with full remote device control.

I have been using anydek from my college life for more than 5 years, it helped a lot. I think, there is nothing to dislike anydesk. It is one of the best remote connectivity software in comparison to other software in the market.

Anydesk is solving the problem of remote work support. Anydesk is benefiting me for more than 5 years. Hi as I am working in cyber security industry for 3 years, during my training period I was used to get support over anydesk and that was really quick and short process to connect with remote pc as only we need to enter desk ID instead of create an meeting or event and send invite.

See this is not like am, disliking anydesk.But as we all know few of our customers where block anydesk in their corporate environment due to the risk of breach. I still don't know why they blocked as Any desk is safe. But if it is vulnerable then Anydesk team should work and close those open points

In my daily life, while implementing various security products in customer environments we need to access lots of different servers, for that we need to connect vpn and then jump to server and this is sometime really hectic. At that time anydesk helps us lot. We just simply install any dest st respective server and protect it with password and direct from my local sys without VPN connect I access those servers quickly.

The plus point of using Anydesk is that it is user-friendly and easy to understand. Just two simple steps and you can access the other device. It allows me to resolve my client's query quickly without any hassle. Well I have not encountered any major issue while using anydesk however, it takes less sace and easy installation it will work fine only on high speed internet else either it will not connect with the other device or there will be lag.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is one of the best remote desktop applications I have ever used. I am using it for the past 4 years and it helps me a lot to provide remote support to our clients. It's so simple to use that our clients can use it without any technical knowledge. Its size is less than 4 MB that's the awesome thing. Most of the time I have to give support to multiple clients at the same time, multiple session features help me to do this without any issue and AnyDesk performs well without using too many resources of the system. AnyDesk is so secure that without client permission I can not get access to their system. After getting permission it's easy to control the system remotely and provides technical support. Easy to share files and links through a chat feature that helps me a lot.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is an awesome Remote Desktop Tool. A few things that can be improved in the future are one click audio transfer feature would be great. I have to go to the setting to enable the audio transmission. It requires a high-speed internet connection to use it in High resolution. It would be great if there is a lifetime business plan available.

Anydesk is such an app that any new user can easily use it, the unique thing about anydesk app is that there is no problem in running it, this app is mainly used to connect to another desktop remotely, and there are also many apps available, but I think any desk is the best among them, I am using the anydesk app for five years.

I have not seen any disadvantage of anydesk in what I have used so far, some other users may feel it, but in my view, anydesk app is the best. If someone asks me about the remote app, I recommend it to anydesk only.
