**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

Connecting to my remote system is easy, all you need is an ID the first time. Even I can control the entire remote system without any hassle. Remotely connecting is made easy with this great tool. I frequently use it in my day-to-day tasks, and it works without installation. The installation process is not a big task, just give it a few seconds and it will start working.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

I haven't found any major dislikes in any desktop application because of how easy it is for me to complete tasks.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My job as a software developer involves communicating with my clients and support staff to resolve their concerns. Remote connection allows me to demonstrate my work to them. It is highly beneficial to me.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

The ability to start sessions in a remote environment on the other machines and servers is simply awesome. It is mostly used to support our clients in their difficulties with hardware and software troubleshooting. It is a tool that I enjoy using because of its excellent customer service and benefits.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Although the integration is rather straightforward, the server sometimes gets hang up. Alright, there’s a lot of non-negative stuff here; the whole process is beneficial.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given that I am the person, who works on a couple of projects concurrently from my office; this tool is great as it allows me to connect to several local servers simultaneously. It is really convenient. It allowed me to be able to roam around between monitors during remote sessions. Its amazingly reliable and efficient technology minimizes the fear of troubleshooting over a distance.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

Coming from a non-IT background, AnyDesk was easy to learn and utilize in a short amount of time.  It has a very stable and efficient platform that makes remote troubleshooting stress-free.  I use AnyDesk daily and my job would be impossible without it.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

The only downside I have found to AnyDesk is the remote site's internet provider/connectivity.  This is something that is clearly beyond AnyDesk's control.  However, if there were some method to bypass this, it would be amazing.  However, this is more science fiction than science fact.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AnyDesk is primarliy utilized to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for our customers related to security systems.  The fact that I have never had an AnyDesk session end due to a failure of the remote site's internet connection says a great deal about AnyDesk's strength and performance.   We are often running multiple apps and processes to troubleshoot with on-site personnel while solving problems and AnyDesk always delivers.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

For me, I have always used my anydesk pc software for my daily work. I rate this software as  very smart choice for remote access. I can easily communicate, plan and implement strategies regarding my work online. 

You can use this anydesk software without charge or you can upgrade. You may access customer support through contact form anytime as long as you need solution to issues or inquiries on anydesk software.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Some pcof my colleagues encounters lagging issues. It is only happening if yuu have poor wifi signal, but as long as you have faster speed wifi connection,it will run very smoothly.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are continiously improving their software for compatibility and better user experience. Anydesk improve additional settings that may be able to solve any issues regarding fast and secure transmission of files and free connection sharing.

The data and file transfer speed is less than 10Mb, this limits my time when transferring large files and programs.

Its feature of taking access to another laptop and also being able to control the administration things like installation etc. Also the safety features of it, like the sharing with permission, can be stopped anytime and also ends after 1 hr of sharing than you have to reshare for safety reasons.

I don't dislike anything in Anydesk but maybe the thing that after 1 hr we need to reshare the screen can be a disliking in some cases.

UI and connection lost problem. UI should be clutter free and easy to use. Connection lost between client and service computers.Simpler UI will also help the new employees to be trained easily, learn and work .

There is not any option of audio sharing in any desk as I have seperately call the person on mobile phone for verbal communication

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

All you have to do to make the connection is put a number, similar to joining a Zoom meeting! While security could be increased to use passwords, mostly should not be necessary as you have to option to allow or deny the connection. It is surprisingly smooth with decent internet connections and barely lags. Gets the job done without any hassle of signing up. Rarely crashes so not much supprt should be necessary.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

Most shortcuts are a hit and a miss especially if the usage is cross operating systems. The command key to control key translation does not work as intended. Does not integrate well with other aspects of the system so nothing fancy works like shared clipboard or drag and drop.

It allows me to use the work computer from home if neccesary to do something while I am out of office.

The free version of AnyDesk only allows you to access up to 3 devices, which can be a constraint if you have multiple devices you need to connect to.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk does not require complex integration or installs to set up. We don't need to move to the location to get a hold of somebody else’s machine. It is cheaper and helps make up for such suspicion of “commercial use.” Its connection is surprisingly fast.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

If the opponents’ system locks, then my session will just end up there and then. Copying large files takes several minutes and sometimes gets stuck up screen connects.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When working with different local network servers, for instance, in my office, I usually utilize them to work on multiple assignments at a time. It is an excellent tool for me when I need to forward a big file to somebody else. Its prior connected system list enables us to link again without mentioning a desk ID.

Usually, I access any remote devices on our network through my software. If am not able to access any remote devices I will arrange an desktop and install the Anydesk application and through this application am able to access the remote devices and I will bring back my remote device into my network using Anydesk application.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

It is the best remote access and control software that can exist. It's amazing how easy it is to use, how intuitive and user friendly its user interface can be, and how uncomplicated it is to start remote sessions on other computers and servers. In my organization we have been using it to troubleshoot our clients remotely and to streamline internal support, from printer configurations to fixes on our internal server and it makes everything simpler.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

It has great dependence on internet connection, when the same is not stable, the sessions are impaired and sometimes suffer crashes, it is something to take very much into account before acquiring the product.

It has allowed us to improve the way technical support is provided internally and externally. Our clients request support and through this program we can attend to their requirements online without having to move. Also, when a technical support need arises in any of our departments, we connect quickly and can work on solving what has arisen. It makes the job easier, faster and without geographical limitations.

The modules that allows to share the screen without much latency is one of the feature that I like.

The whole dashboard seems a bit old fashioned and clumsy. A bit of work can make the homepage look more user friendly

-It is very handy to use

-Session recording is the best feature i like in anydesk.

I like its simple process of  sharing one screen with others without entering password  by only accepting access request. Also previous connected system list helps us to connect again without entering anydesk id.

In my true experience, i never felt that there is anything which i should dislike  in this platform.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem  of remote access because i have been  working in IT feild for almost 4 year and almost each day i need to connect with my teammate so i can't imagine this can be possible without anydesk .Also the best thing is it store all previous connected system for future use so that next time you don't need to enter anydesk id  and you get connected  very quickly.

What I like about AnyDesk is it is free and user friendly means easy to use. I have been using AnyDesk for 2 years now it helped me really. I could not imagine supporting remotely my staffs without AnyDesk. There is no complex integration nor implementation to use the AnyDesk. I use it very often because I love it customer support and its useful features.

What I dislike about AnyDesk is sometimes it prompt me some error like authorisation while I supporting remotely. Other than that I don not see any useless of the AnyDesk.

I have been using AnyDesk for 2 years now it helped me really. I could not imagine supporting remotely my staffs without AnyDesk. So that I do not need to go the branch offices in person and it saves my time and energy.

It's hard to say, because I really love the tool, but one negative point I think is the impossibility of separating the connection when the machine being accessed has more than 1 monitor - just like TeamViwer ;)-

- In the case of providing support on the client side, this Anydesk application is very useful. Because by using Anydesk, we can access their computer easily.
- During COVID-19 (Lockdown), this Anydesk application played a very important role. Anyone can access another person's computer without reaching their location.
- It also provides a feature called Unattended Access. This feature is one of the very useful features of Anydesk. By using this feature we can take access to another person's computer automatically. This means that the person need not accept the  request to provide access to their computer.

- Sometimes it takes a very long time to get connected with another system.
- Sometimes without any issue, it gets disconnected.

- Sometimes the Junior executive person can not perform their task. In this case, we can provide a demonstration of how can we perform our task. So once they can see the methodology practically, in the future they can perform their task very easily.

My experience of using Anydesk have been great, inspite of the poor internet facility in Sierra Leone I still do not have much complains about the software.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is priced right for the remote control features it offers.  I've found very little reason to dislike AnyDesk over the remote control features alone.  AnyDesk is similar to TeamViewer where the device's assigned ID is the only thing required to initiate a session but it is much cheaper and does not cut you off when they suspect "commercial use."  This annoyance does not plague their free tier.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk sales staff is accommodating when setting up your account and answering questions.  Once you have completed your trial and want to purchase the appropriate license, they make this very easy but beware of their tech support.  I've now opened 4 cases over the same issue with their remote printing option.  Each time I felt that someone not in tech support attempted to resolve the problem, all they did was collect information and never got back to me.  I'm not going to be using a paid license only to be sitting around and waiting weeks for an answer that never comes.  In another case I opened, I received a response that didn't make sense.  I do not want to judge the answer possibly due to a language barrier unfairly, but I have to report this in my honest review of their product.  If you're looking for a free license, do not expect support, but if you're like me and you paid for a license, do not expect anything near great support.  I'm considering other options because of this.

Our company was interested in switching remote support products for controlling remote workstations due to the increasing costs of LogMeIn since the GoTo acquisition.  Although AnyDesk works differently than the LogMeIn product we've grown accustomed to, it wasn't hard to set up or train users on the differences.

the best part of anydesk is that its so light weight software it wont take much space of your system, you can even use it as a portable software as well. and the connection is quite fast to make between two devices

Some times LAN wakeup feature of the software does not work if there is a slightly lag in the internet even its connected to the internet already and due to that some times speed of the connection also gets slow as well.

Any desk helps alot in daily basis usage for accessing any kind of the servers access I need to access during my working, I mostly use it for accessing the different local servers in my office to work on multiple projects which helps me alot easily. It is fast and reliable.

Anydesk is very helpful in my remote work. I found AnyDesk's customer support to be responsive and helpful when encountering issues or needing assistance. Very easy to use. It allowed me to switch between monitors during remote sessions. I am using it for quick and efficient file transfers.
It is very helpful when I need any IT support or server problems.

I only dislike about it has very limited features in the free version; otherwise, everything is good.

the user interface is user friendly, its easy to set-up and use with any device remote desktop application, it helps to access my Devices from any other remote device over the internet. Especially used in customer service, so I can easily access their PC and give technical support. With the proper security features to protect from any attack or unwanted access.

Confusing security settings which takes a lot of time to configure, the security feature needs to be simplified for easy configuration. but also security settings are required to prevent from unwanted access.

It will be possible to use the remote via computer or any other mobile device. There is no need for us to open accounts or any other activity. Only just a click and we are connected. Once the app is launched, we can inspect, transfer files, and remotely control without any hassle.

Other than the times it disconnects, you should not have any problem with what Anydesk offers.

There are special functions like remote access to a mouse and keyboard, transferring files, controlling the clipboard, remote power on/off, etc. It is very safe — only those features that the user gave us access to are available for us to use. I am using any desk from last 5 years, It's really a light-weight software for remote access and conference, It's easy to install and use.

I like adding printer and screen recording option most. it is the easy solution for file sharing.

I really dislike its theme and interface, it's need to be update, some kinda funky look, some kind of moody theme should be there.

After using multiple remote connections it is asking for the licence. I think anydesk should increase the number of regular users. It also has some bandwidth issues but is negligible.

**What do you like best about AnyDesk?**

AnyDesk is a great tool to use other tool for accessing an opponent's system. I have been using this software for a long back. During covid, i was accessing the office system for work, so it was an excellent output for me. Also, it helped me to do work on time. The main thing I loved is to access multiple sessions.

**What do you dislike about AnyDesk?**

This software is totally good and easy to access. But there is some changes needed. One of them is loose session inconsistently. If the opponent system is getting locked, then the session automatically gets disconnected, and we need to start the session again. Ultimately AnyDesk is a powerful and easy-to-access tool.

**What problems is AnyDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool gives me a comfort zone to work anywhere; during covid, I worked from home, and I was using this software for accessing a system, and I was not stuck at any point due to long distances or the urgency of work. So ultimately, it's the best tool for sharing systems.
