The learning curve for me was a little more than I anticipated. My experience was limited to individual Linux servers, managed and unmanaged Virtual Private Servers from an ISP hosting company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The security and control of having a private server is really nice. I like how small and quiet the physical server is. Also very easy to set up and everything is documented really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a CPU bar graph in the dashboard and I just wish there were more details of the running processes. It's not obvious what antlet is taking up the most resources. More analytics on the dashboard would be nice. However, I can still SSH into the server itself and get this information from a couple of simple commands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that with the antsle i can offload my VMs to another host, and access them directly via a web interface, and not just for configuration. I can interact with the GUI in the VMs via this interface also that requires no addition plugins to be installed.

The management GUI is easy and intuitive. It just works. I cant comment on post-sales support as I have not had any issue but pre-sales support was great, very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only downsides I can think of is that compared to running a type 2 hypervisor on my laptop, I cannot drag and drop files into the VMs. Also its more weight to carry with me if I am going somewhere without internet connectivity, otherwise I can leave it in the office and connect back to it. The anstle product allows for multiple sandbox and training environments. The biggest advantage is not having to save and power off your VM from your laptop. Its now available on your server. Continue training at your leisure right where you left off. If you need to roll back to last know good you have the snap shot and cloud back up. I have been very successful with the product. The transition to self-hosting took me a bit of work but mostly because I had never dealt with any of the platforms that are used in web service. In a more established business, any half-decent IT engineer can blast through the setup in antMan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
