What do you like best about Ansira Brand-to-Local Growth Platform?

The way Ansira finds the gaps in my marketing and helps me make them better over time. The websites they make that are good for search engines are not too expensive. They are still really good.

The people who help me at Ansira are very good at getting to me and helping me out especially when I have questions, about how things are doing and how to make them better. What do you dislike about Ansira Brand-to-Local Growth Platform?

I have not had any problems so far. One thing that could be better is if they told us about any price changes before we started working. It can be tough for businesses with budgets to handle surprise costs, between projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I know I’m probably not using it to the full. I have no idea how to customize smart lists and choose specific clients for mailers. I used to know how years ago, but I haven’t done it in so long that I wouldn’t know where to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dara - on your list selects - we are gearing up to release some amazing new tech in this area. A newly built platform that makes it even EASIER to import marketing contacts into SproutLoud, including audience segment quick selects, CRM connectors, and more. I understand for the "smart select" options - these selects reside within the CP Maxx interface - which is not managed by SproutLoud. Based on this, definitely try to reach your Business Coach for more support in that area as there are great benefits in getting that under your belt, for even more targeted mailers.

Imagine you're a national brand with hundreds or thousands of local outlets. Without a centralized system, it's incredibly difficult to ensure every local store, franchise, or dealer is using the correct logos, messaging, and campaign materials. This leads to a fragmented brand image, diluting your overall marketing efforts and potentially confusing customers. This efficiency saves me time and effort, letting me concentrate on core business activities. Also, maintaining brand consistency while catering to local market nuances can be challenging, especially when selling brand products. For the first time in three years we are generating any revenue through our email marketing channels.

This success has been transformative and was made even more remarkable by how seamlessly Ansira integrated with our complex security systems in just two days. While we've consistently excelled in PPC, Meta, and SEO campaigns, email marketing had long been a pain point, yielding neither leads nor revenue.

"Always impressed with SproutLoud!"

What do you like best about Ansira Brand-to-Local Growth Platform?

The Reps I have interacted with at SproutLoud have always gone out of their way to work on our behalf. I had recently been trying to file a claim to lock in some expiring coop funds. The rep actually helped extend the expiration date on the coop funds to make sure there was ample time for the claim to be processed. We use Sproutloud for Generac Marketing On Demand. We love the convenience of auto social media posts because we don't have to screen content directly from corporate to make sure they're relevant. Generac knows what messages we want out there. The alternative is hiring a social media person who we'd have to inform/audit to make sure they understand our product and are not putting out false information. I really can’t say I dislike anything but if I would have to pick it would be the claims page. I filed claims for reimbursement and that page isn’t very user friendly. Well, ease of integration and implementation tops the upside list. Although I’m a tech-savvy person, integrations and implementations are always a dreadful process for me. Overall, the customer support is fine, but I believe it can be more efficient at times. I’ve faced undue delays on several occasions that I believe were unnecessary.
