Functionality when accessing documents which have been uploaded to a virtual data room. It would be helpful to have an easy click through feature for documents instead of having to launch them in a new tab on your browser or downloading them. Ansarada boasts a large number of features which are appropriate for large transactions which makes it an appropriate platform particularly for sell-side parties.
