Ansarada allows for the easy creation of virtual data rooms, featuring a user-friendly interface and great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionality when accessing documents which have been uploaded to a virtual data room. It would be helpful to have an easy click through feature for documents instead of having to launch them in a new tab on your browser or downloading them. There is also a lag when being notified of updates to a data room. It would be helpful if this is done more instantaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use and very digestible to first time users. Ansarada boasts a large number of features which are appropriate for large transactions which makes it an appropriate platform particularly for sell-side parties.
