Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend Anrok to SaaS companies. The process of onboarding Anrok has been super easy. We were able to begin using the tool quickly and began registering/collecting sales tax in respective locations. I was really impreessed with Anroks onboarding and support. Since we started with the platform, everything has been seemless. Can highly recommend Anrok especially compared to some of the larger well established sales tax businesses out there where there is little support and can take months to be onboarded. I am not an everyday user of Anrok but was instead a developer tasked with creating an integration between our software, Anrok, and Stripe for a purchasing portal. The documentation to get started with the integration was very helpful. And when we did have questions, the support team was very responsive and knowledgable. I have appreciated how easy it is to navigate Anrok's UI. I haven't taken any "trainings" on the tool and I have been able to find everything I need so far (invoices, product taxability, returns to review, detail of activity included on return, etc...)

The lag time between creating an invoice in bill.com and when the sales tax calculation occurs is less than 5 minutes, but that means we do have to wait on sending an invoice till that calculation can be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience using Anrok. The implementation process took some time due to billing complexities on our end, but Anrok's team was consistently available to assist and guide us through the setup and their support made a significant difference in ensuring everything was configured correctly. Since the implementation, the tool has been running smoothly and has greatly streamlined our tax processes. As a global company, we use both the US Sales Tax tax and EU/UK VAT functionalities, and Anrok handles our US Sales Tax returns, which is a huge time-saver for us. While Anrok provides VAT functionality, we are responsible for filing our own VAT returns in the UK and EU. Fortunately, Anrok simplifies the process by supplying the necessary information for these filings, but we still have to manage the filings and deadlines ourselves. Very responsive customer support team. If they don't answer, they get back to you right away with an answer. They understand how the integrations work for other systems like Quick Books. The system itself is very helpful for maintaining tax exempt certifications and helping you see when you hit nexus thresholds by state. Sometimes the sales tax hits the invoice late depending on how you do templated invoices in Quick Books. Right now manually verifying to make sure client receives the invoice with sales tax on it as we had to adjust how we invoice. Not having a better sense of what paperwork the state is required to have like some states you have to fill out and register with the state for tax returns not just sales tax and Anrok not knowing or having any input on it since they only handle sales tax.
