Although Anecdotes connect to multiple source systems, bringing in evidence, it lacks some connectors and does not always collect the proper evidence. Anecdotes were absolutely a lifesaver for us when we had undergone an ISO 27001. We are working with Anecdotes on obtaining a new accreditation for our company, to which lots of the content is new to us. Their knowledge and guidance of what is required and how we can achieve our goals has been really helpful. We have also had some internal delays and Anecdotes have been very accomodating to us, which we greatly appreciate. I have no major complaints at this point. Our customer success manager has been great at keeping us on track and accountable for our progress.
