Speaking to one of our highly qualified technicians, you will be put back on track as quickly as possible. Using the latest online diagnostics, the fault can be spotted and dealt with remotely. If a serious problem is detected that can’t be dealt with over the phone, we will run you through all available options including dialling in using remote software.
Support can be provided for desktops, laptops, servers and networks during core business hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours service can also be offered as part of your I.T package.
