I have been working monthly to relay and receive feedback to and from the consultants and every time both parties walk away with clear next steps and the improvements/changes are evident. **What do you dislike about Andela?** The hours overlap can sometimes not be a good match. For most near-shore contractors we get around 5 hours overlap. For a pre-dominantly full-time team using some help from Andela, this means the meetings/facetime can sometimes be limited. The engineers can sometime be a little inflexible - something to keep in mind that no matter how well integrated these engineers are, they are consultants so it is up to you how best to utilize their hours and make them overlap with your fulltime team. **What problems is Andela solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engineer costs can be brought down to a degree with Andela. It is not the same exact level of skill but it has helped us become a hybrid engineering team with Andela engineers + fulltime hires at an overall lesser cost than it would be with only fulltime. ### 16.
