What do you like best about AMZ Prep?

We have been really happy with our account manager Navesh. He has been very helpful and quick to reply. Have been using them to handel my Amazon FBM fulfillment and some FBA prep services for almost 2 years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AMZ Prep?

Pricing is slightly higher than a few other 3PLs we have used in the past, but you get what you pay for as they offer a lot of services and benefits outside of just warehousing. In our business was 100% worth it using them vs cheaper solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AMZ Prep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of communication at our other warehouse was a key one, they'd go radio silent for a week and for our growing business it wasn't great deal to deal with. The turnaround times with the other 3PL were a nightmare so they've helped basically cut our shipping times in half for Amazon, Walmart and other website orders.
