## Amplitude Analytics Reviews
 ### 1. Empowers Data-Driven Decisions with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I love that I can capture data, and it's super simple. The new AI tools that create charts for me make it significantly faster, and it also allows more of my team to make charts and gather data themselves without needing assistance.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think it's probably more on our team side, but sometimes we aren't sure if the data is 100% accurate. And we also can't always tell what events mean because of our lacking descriptions and unclear names. But that's really more of a problem on our end, rather than Amplitude.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to understand user events, identify powerful moments and trigger targeted emails. It helps to see what's working and what causes churn, aiding in user retention.

 ### 2. Empowers Teams with Intuitive Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I love Amplitude Analytics for its thoughtful layout and intuitive interface, which lets me spend less time figuring out how the tool works and more time using the insights to take action. The powerful toolset is beneficial, and I appreciate the ability to share insights easily with colleagues. I also like how Amplitude allows me to be more independent when accessing websites and product analytics, without needing help from our engineering team. It helps me gain insights and a better understanding of our customers' behaviors, allowing me to make more informed decisions. Our team having access to Amplitude provides greater independence when accessing data, not having to depend on the Business Insights or data science team.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Some features aren't as powerful or configurable as other tools, like Looker or Google Analytics. It can be overwhelming with the abundance of granular data, making it difficult to get a clear picture of customers' entire user journey.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps me gain insights into customer behaviors, making informed decisions. It provides independence in accessing analytics, reducing reliance on the engineering team. The intuitive interface allows me to focus on using insights effectively.

 ### 3. Amplitude: Powerful, Flexible User Behavior Analytics That Speeds Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luisa C. | Ux researcher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude is an extremely powerful tool for user behavior analysis, especially when the goal is to go beyond surface-level metrics and truly understand user journeys, retention, engagement, and churn.

Its biggest differentiator lies in the robustness and variety of analysis methods. If you have limited data knowledge, you can rely on simpler visualizations such as segmentation and engagement funnels. If you have more advanced expertise, the sky is the limit: exploratory analysis, simple or multiple correspondence analysis, journey analysis, and more. For product, UX, and growth teams, this significantly speeds up decision-making and brings data closer to the day-to-day reality of the product.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

On the other hand, the tool has a considerable learning curve, especially for those without a strong data background. The quality of insights heavily depends on solid event modeling, which requires team maturity and strong alignment between product, engineering, and analytics. Having a dedicated analytics professional to build a well-structured taxonomy and event architecture is essential, as this directly impacts the quality of analyses. Additionally, pricing can be a barrier for smaller companies or early-stage teams.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps solve the problem of understanding why users behave the way they do, not just what is happening in the product.
Overall, Amplitude is an excellent choice for companies that already have a data-driven culture (or are seriously investing in one) and want to move beyond descriptive metrics toward more powerful insights, with user behavior clearly reflected on the screen.

 ### 4. Indispensable for an Accurate Customer Vision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julien L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I love the ease of having a variety of graphs and charts that really allow us to delve into what's happening in the product. The ability to create dashboards on separate features that the whole team can benefit from is really important. I would say that one of the most powerful features is that of cohorts, which allows us to zoom in on a particular usage and determine the users who make the most use of a feature. This gives us the direction in which we want to go.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

What would be great is if, at the AI level, it were possible to brief the AI on what the product is supposed to do, and then the Amplitude agent could study the data in the different dashboards and make a comparison between the usage and the intention of the product. This would help to understand the current gap between what we want to do and how people are using the product.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps us lift the opacity of user usage, provide detailed insights, and allows the entire team to benefit from various graphs and dashboards. The cohort feature is powerful, enhancing our understanding of users and effectively guiding our decisions.

 ### 5. User-Friendly UI/UX with Effortless Claude MCP Connections

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal . | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

The UI/UX is very user-friendly, and the MCP connections make it easier to connect with Claude. It’s straightforward to use, especially with the built-in AI tools included.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Screenview is hard to work with. There are other products that offer screen viewing and feel much more reliable.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting real-time insights into how our users are interacting with our product across platforms.

 ### 6. Flexible and Efficient for Analysis with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to perform product usability and user behavior analyses. What I like the most is the flexibility to create analyses, with a wide range of filters and segments. This allows us to understand how various types of customers behave, identifying patterns within specific groups. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, and we received a lot of support from the onboarding team.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Be able to download databases for more complete analyses and in a simple way

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for product usability analysis and user behavior, saving time and accuracy in understanding customer issues and valuable features. The flexibility of analysis and filters help identify patterns among customer groups.

 ### 7. Unified Analytics and Experimentation, But Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto V. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the integration between Experimentation and Analytics in Amplitude Analytics. It allows me to really investigate things in depth and see the impact of changes with confidence. The common base provided by Amplitude Analytics ensures trust in the instrumentation and experiment results. The initial setup was really easy for getting data in, especially with the help of available documentation.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Pricing is an issue. We would love to get more features but it becomes really expensive.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Amplitude Analytics, we have a common base for metrics, ensuring trust in instrumentation and experiment results. The integration between Analytics and Experimentation provides confidence in impacting metrics and direction.

 ### 8. Highly Customizable with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lomig C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to better understand user journeys and behaviors on our products, which helps strengthen UX research with real behavioral insights. I like the plug and play yet very customizable implementation, which allows us to choose the zoom of the analytics lens we want to play with. Additionally, I appreciate being able to define what is relevant to track, implementing minimal but very valuable tracking. The initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

There are discrepancies between custom tracking, auto capture, and AI-labeled events on session replays. The taxonomy management interface is not very user-friendly. UI and capabilities could be improved there.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

 ### 9. Review from perspective of a complex product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Clever way of joining event information that saves an analyst a lot of time: eg user journeys and flows, ability to build funnels with flexible time frames. Visualisations are mostly clear and I do not remember a lot of viz types that I felt were missing

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

There’s a 2000 event limit. We track the logged-in user experience, and we need more events than that. The problem is that once we start grouping events together to stay under the limit, we lose important context. For example, if we group all page views into a single event like “viewed a page,” then the user journey ends up looking like someone went from a page to a page, with no information about which page they came from and which page they went to.

The navigation also feels pretty clunky. I often find myself clicking around just to locate basic information, and it’s not easy to find what I need.

On top of that, some information gets cut off with no way to view the full text. For instance, our event names can be quite specific and therefore long, but I can’t see the full name. Even when I click into an event to view the details, I only see a few more characters, and still not the complete event name.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usage of features from product tribes, a self service manner for the product to access information without having to always relay on the data team. It saves around half FTE time

 ### 10. Responsive Interface, Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arak C. | Python Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the interface a lot—it’s clean, very responsive, and works fast. The JS SDK is also straightforward to implement and use, which makes integration easy. They offer solid reporting capabilities with templates, so it’s simple to set things up and track what I need. Funnel tracking is well done too, and you can add custom events there that match specific criteria.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Before the JS SDK was not that great out of the box so you have to implement web page visit tracking yourself, but looking now at it, they fixed it already

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to track visitor actions and reliably collect events, including custom ones. Its event-based system makes it easy for me to search through the data and generate reports, so I can access specific user profiles, see the exact actions they performed, and track sales funnels.

 ### 11. Effortless Setup, Powerful Insights for Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the ease of use with Amplitude Analytics; I can easily build necessary charts with confidence in data quality. The integration stability and flexibility via SDK/API is great, and I appreciate the connections to other services like RevenueCat and Braze. It's also cost-efficient, simple to integrate and use, and has a competitive toolset. The setup is quite easy, thanks to the qualified documentation and guides. With the AI code agent, integration feels effortless.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Analytics branches and documenting of data flow is not perfect. Our team took many attempts to incorporate this to the business process, but without sustainable success. Also, templates, proactive suggestions, data checks will be handy. At the moment data verification takes time, and AI doesn't significantly help.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to explore user behaviors, monitor product health and launches, run A/B experiments, and share insights with my team, solving the problem of understanding product dynamics at scale.

 ### 12. Customizable Data Makes Marketing Analysis a Breeze

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfredo B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like Amplitude Analytics because it allows me to track all of our marketing efforts efficiently, especially from our organic channels. The ability to customize data sources and create different visuals really helps in sharing meaningful data. I also appreciate the marketing analytics section where I can see top-level metrics and AI visibility reports, making it easier to analyze data from an SEO perspective.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

One thing that's a bit complicated is the number of events and filters available. It takes a lot of sorting to get what you need. I believe the initial setup wasn't the easiest due to the amount of data points we had.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to track our marketing efforts. It solves the problem of displaying data in a comprehensible way for everyone, with customizable sources and visuals. I especially appreciate the marketing analytics and AI visibility reports for SEO analysis.

 ### 13. Intuitive UI, Needs Better Naming Conventions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chi(Daisy) Z. | Performance Marketing Strategist and Analyst, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think the UI of Amplitude Analytics is very intuitive and good for anyone who doesn't really have a technical background.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think the naming conventions because there are a lot of legacy setup done by previous employees who are no longer with the company. And there is less documentation on what a certain event actually means. So I think having a tighter naming convention, whether it's on our end, or providing context on what this event is meant to be, that would be really helpful.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for tracking marketing traffic, sign-ups, and subscriptions, ensuring our campaigns drive product usage and encourage sign-ups.

 ### 14. User-Friendly Interface but Overwhelmed by Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the user interface of Amplitude Analytics because it's aesthetically pleasing and easy to look at and read. I also love the dashboard feature, which makes it really easy to track graphs, notes, and charts all in one area, and it is shareable with others to edit. The UI is simple, aesthetically pleasing, and very cohesive and consistent throughout the app. I use the Events page the most, as it serves as my starting point for searching event keys and building on top of it.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

There are so many buttons and options, it's hard to figure out how to get what I want, where it is, if it even exists. I just don't understand sometimes when I want to solve a problem, how to use Amplitude Analytics to do it. I ask ChatGPT if Amplitude Analytics has a certain feature and I ask for a tutorial on how to use Amplitude Analytics to achieve said task.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to digest data in a readable format and track trends. The dashboard makes it easy to track and share information. The UI is user-friendly and visually pleasing, while the Events page is great for searching and building on event keys.

 ### 15. AI-Powered Insights, Needs Better Marketing Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa M. | Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the AI agent a lot for generating charts. I also like having the journey view, as it allows me to see the full user journey. As a new Amplitude Analytics user, making charts and views isn't always intuitive for me. The AI agent helps by making the actual chart or helping me understand what certain views are showing.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think the marketing analytics could be improved. I feel like I often go outside of it to get what I want. There could be different views or a dashboard that we could customize.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics lets me see the full user journey and the AI agent helps generate charts, which is useful as I'm new and find chart creation not so intuitive.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s great to hear that the AI-assisted charting and Journeys view are helping you get up to speed and understand the full customer path more quickly. We’re sorry Marketing Analytics hasn’t yet felt as complete or intuitive as you need; if helpful, Amplitude does offer customizable Marketing Analytics Views plus a library of marketing dashboard templates, and Ask Amplitude or Global Agent can also create charts from natural-language prompts. Thanks again for your review.

 ### 16. Easy Data Access, Needs Faster Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rikhil M. | Software engginer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find it very easy to take data from the app and generate reports with Amplitude Analytics. Switching to it was also uncomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

When I test events, it's difficult to find my device. Also, data lag needs to improve.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I easily access data from apps and generate reports with Amplitude Analytics, though identifying my device during event testing is difficult. Data lag needs improvement.

 ### 17. Reliable Support, Efficient Charting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raffaele N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find the support for Amplitude Analytics to be quite reliable and fast, which is very helpful. It is also efficient, which is great. I use the chart creation feature a lot, as well as the session replay tool. The session replay is particularly useful for understanding actual user behavior and spotting bugs.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

So sometimes on Firefox, it's a bit too slow. And the concept of course versus segmentation is not that clear. I would also love to extend the concept of course when creating a cord to a proper property that applied for longer than 365 days.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for creating charts and dashboards to monitor revenues daily, track improvements, conversion rates, and user experience enhancements.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Raffaele,
Thanks so much for sharing this review. It’s great to hear you had a positive experience with support and that charting and Session Replay are helping you monitor performance and spot real user issues. We also hear your feedback on Firefox speed and cohort setup. That input helps us keep making the experience clearer and faster.

 ### 18. Powerful Analysis, Delicate Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yann V.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I appreciate the ability to create as many events as necessary and user attributes, as well as the capability to analyze all these events with a wide variety of analysis tools like segmentation, funnels, and cohorts. This allows us to finely analyze what works well and what doesn't. I also like that we can easily change the time scale, moving from days to weeks to months. The initial setup of Amplitude Analytics was quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

It is not very easy to create an active user chart where you can see user cohorts separated over time. For a new user of Amplitude Analytics, there is a lack of AI that could guide the construction of analysis charts based on what you want to analyze.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to understand how our users interact with our product, segment the different types of users, identify bottlenecks in the funnels, and validate feature adoption.

 ### 19. Efficient for Tracking Tickets, Needs Better Grouping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry S. | Senior Customer Success Executive

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like its ability to quickly find tickets and its big query language. It's really useful that it integrates across multiple different platforms, including Slack and HubSpot, creating a central source of truth. I think it's also quite easy to use, which is nice even though there could be functionality that could be improved.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Grouping tickets together seems to be a hassle. I feel like you can group things by who raised the ticket or who it's related to as a company field, but we don't have a way of easily grouping tickets to aggregate what's important for the business. It often operates in silos, and the tickets get treated individually, rather than realizing that there are six tickets that mean the same thing.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for tracking tickets in the product team, helping us stay on top of tasks. It also assists with project management prioritization and integrates with platforms like Slack and HubSpot, providing a central source of truth.

 ### 20. Intuitive Dashboards, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase S. | Marketing Manager, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I love using Amplitude Analytics for website marketing optimization and tracking user flows, bounce rates, and dropoff points. It's a great tool for live sessions and feels like GA times 100 to me. I appreciate the web experiments and A/B testing capabilities. The dashboards are intuitive and serve as a marketing source of truth. I find that Amplitude Analytics tracks live user flows better than any other tool I've seen, and the session replays are awesome. The initial setup was very simple, taking only five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I wish Amplitude Analytics had better user enablement. I would love to know how to use it better.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for visibility and tracking against competitors, improving website marketing by optimizing user flows, bounce rates, and dropoff points. It provides intuitive dashboards, session replays, and serves as a marketing source of truth with web experiments and A/B testing.

 ### 21. Centralization and Versatility with Amplitude Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enzo A.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like the versatility of Amplitude Analytics. Despite the system being somewhat complex, the ability to connect it with different artificial intelligence agents makes its use easier. For me, it is valuable because it manages all our data, and even with little knowledge about the tool, we can generate results through artificial intelligence intermediaries.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Well, as I already said, there are times when it is a bit complex. I understand that there has to be complexity because a lot is allowed, but well, there are times when it limits you. Also, for example, when you want something as simple as a table, it's very difficult to start. So in the end, what I'm doing is instead of trying to generate the table in CCB and handle them outside, which creates friction because it's an action I have to do at every moment. If it were integrated within Amplitude, I could simply manage them from there, choose date ranges, which at the moment I'm doing manually.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps me evaluate marketing campaigns and their performance. I integrate data from our pages, purchase processes, and user events to facilitate onboarding and analysis.

 ### 22. Great for Dashboard Creation, Needs Better Metric Switching

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton N.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like Amplitude Analytics' pretty nice UI, which makes it easier to view user sessions and identify points of friction in UI interactions as well as drop-off points in funnels. I also appreciate the communication it facilitates between engineering and product teams through features like shared dashboards and events. It's easy for engineers to come in and see the events they've created reported in the data tab, and add documentation to help explain when they are triggered. Having one centralized place for things like events and properties is particularly helpful.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Probably switching between different modes in analytics. It is tough to find out how to take a particular metric and switch it between median, average, sum, etc. or find out what it is currently filtering by. That has been a main point of contention for both engineering and product. Having an obvious toggle or interactive button somewhere that tells you how the big number across the top of the page is currently being calculated. Maybe on hover or something. Not sure. But when it just says '1.01' you have to look in many places to see what that number actually means initially.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics lets me view user sessions, see UI friction points, and drop-off in funnels. It provides centralized dashboards and events that enhance communication between engineering and product.

 ### 23. Granular Insights, Needs Easier Usability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anushka B. | PMM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I love how Amplitude Analytics allows us to slice and dice data from days to months, giving us the ability to see user interactions on a day-to-day basis. The capability to get really granular into the data is something that really helps us. Being able to check granular details such as when users might drop off or when they are most engaged helps us understand the psyche of our users. It enables us to correlate user interactions with specific times or days, which is tremendously beneficial for tailoring our strategies. This granularity in detailing helps us identify where customers might face challenges, providing critical insights into their journey. Overall, the depth of analytics that Amplitude Analytics offers enables us to make better-informed decisions and understand the effectiveness of features across different platforms, whether on desktop or mobile, ensuring that we can optimize our offerings to better meet customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think there is a bit of a learning curve with Amplitude Analytics. It's not a very self-explanatory platform. Every time I've needed to use it, I've had to rely on either a project manager or my manager to help me understand the data or user behavior. It would be beneficial if the platform were more user-friendly and self-explanatory.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to track feature effectiveness, gauge user engagement, and understand user behavior for targeted improvements, which enhances product offerings and user satisfaction.

 ### 24. Intuitive Dashboards with Rapid Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit G. | ceo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I really like Amplitude Analytics because it's easy to instrument logs with straightforward documentation, allowing us to set up events in minutes. The dashboards are another strong point, as they're intuitive and customizable, with both predefined options and the ability to create custom dashboards. Their transparent pricing is beneficial too, especially the free plan which is great for startups.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

- I'm not able to use features like session replays due to being on an older tech stack. Compatibility with older tech stacks is missing for newer features. - Sometimes there's a delay in event data. Data is delayed sometimes for hours due to ongoing incidents.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to get user and account-level data, track monthly and daily active users, and debug frontend issues using usage logs. It's easy to set up with straightforward documentation, and the dashboards are intuitive. The free plan is great for startups.

 ### 25. Empowers Experimentation with Some Limits

**Reviewed by:** William C. | Senior Technical Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find Amplitude Analytics to be a powerful tool and easy to use. It's great for running experiments, giving us ways to identify problems proactively with monitors, and providing a clearly defined way to measure the customer journey and sentiments. It really helps in making informed decisions and identifying areas of opportunity based on customer behavior.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

limitations around experimentation framework. hard to measure more complex ideas. faster speed and more in depth tooling for experiments

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics gives us a clear picture of the customer journey and experience. It helps us run experiments to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitors allow us to proactively identify problems, and it offers a structured way to measure customer sentiments.

 ### 26. The Ultimate Analytics Tool for Understanding User Behavior

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dimanso P. | Desarrollador de Automatizaciones, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

The intuitive interface for building detailed conversion funnels and the powerful event-based tracking for user behavior analysis.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

The pricing model can be quite steep for smaller teams, and the learning curve for more advanced behavioral analytics can be challenging initially.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our lack of visibility into user churn by providing granular tracking, which allows us to optimize our onboarding flow and increase overall retention.

 ### 27. Powerful Analytics with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natanel A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like how Amplitude Analytics turns dry graphs into a story with its 'user look up' feature. The behavioral cohorting is very sophisticated, and I really value it. The Compass predictive tool is helpful for making business decisions. I also find the Notebook feature very nice and friendly for sharing between internal users.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find the learning curve to be a bit steep with Amplitude Analytics. While the simple features are easy to implement, the more complex features are not that straightforward.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for funnel analysis, behavioral segmentation, and retention tracking. It shows where and why users are leaving, and product managers don't need analysts for simple questions. It helps distinguish correlation from causation.

 ### 28. Centralized and Adaptive Analytics Powerhouse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude Analytics is the perfect combination of complex and simple. The responsiveness from our reps helps us make sure we're always using the product to its fullest and allows us to have a dialogue about what could be helpful to expand its functionality. It's an impressive suite. It brings all of our analytics needs across different departments to one source of truth. I also appreciate the ability to do advanced drill-downs, advanced analyses, and even stream profiles into our marketing platforms. The new AI-chart creator is also awesome.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Every once in a while, we have a small additional niche change or feature that we want. Those are things that we would want to be improved, but the Amplitude team is usually pretty on it.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps us understand user behaviors and identify opportunities within our product. It's used widely across our team, from marketing to finance to design.

 ### 29. Powerful, Intuitive Product Analytics for Funnels, Cohorts, and Retention

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian B. | Co-founder & CPO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude is very strong for product analytics and behavioral analysis. The event-based data model makes it easy to track user journeys, funnels, and retention over time. The interface for building funnels, cohorts, and retention charts is intuitive, even for non-technical users.

Key strengths:
- Powerful funnel and retention analysis
- Flexible cohort creation
- Good self-serve analytics for product and growth teams
- Clear visualization of user behavior over time
- Useful for identifying drop-off points and product friction

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

There is a learning curve, especially around event taxonomy and instrumentation strategy. If tracking is not well designed from the start, analysis can become messy or misleading.

Other limitations:
- Can become expensive at scale
- Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans
- Data governance and consistency require strong internal processes
- UI can feel complex for very advanced use cases

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude helps us understand:
- How users move through key product flows
- Where users drop off in onboarding or critical funnels
- Which behaviors correlate with retention and conversion
- How different user segments behave over time

This allows us to:
- Optimize onboarding and activation
- Improve feature adoption
- Make more data-driven product decisions
- Prioritize roadmap based on real usage patterns

 ### 30. Developer’s Dream with Seamless Setup and Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gokay K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like that Amplitude Analytics allows me to generate charts and visualize data easily with the 'Ask Amplitude' AI tool. Even though I'm in the engineering department and not familiar with marketing stuff, I can ask Amplitude AI to create a chart, group, and sort users based on fields. This makes marketing tools developer-friendly too. I enjoy Session Replay a lot; it's really useful for checking records and detecting bugs easily thanks to including browser console records. The initial setup of Amplitude Analytics was incredibly easy, with helpful documentation, allowing me to integrate it into our project in just 10 minutes. It's been one of the best developer experiences I've had.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Sometimes the AI doesn't quite get what I mean. I think it can be a bit improved. Also, for Session Replay, a built-in consent management tool might be helpful because in the EU, explicit consent is needed for such things. Currently, we limit the use of this feature internally and get consent separately, but if Amplitude had a built-in way to handle the consent management of Session Replays, it would be super helpful.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics combines multiple solutions, streamlining our process by tracking users, generating charts, and debugging with Session Replay instead of relying on various services.

 ### 31. SQL-Free Analytics with Helpful Slack Community and Easy Dashboard Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is that I can analyze and collect data without having to learn SQL or use other analytics tools.
Also you can integrate it with slack and get mails for dashboard to keep a track on your product
Amplitude has it's own community in Slack, so there I ask questions and get quick solutions from both managers and other amplitude users.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Everytime I change something on chart, it takes up some time to apply the change. Sometimes the tab stops to load (I use chrome) then I have to reboot it

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides better data literacy and visualization by its UI.
AI tools also exist, though haven't been helpful for me

 ### 32. Powerful event-based analytics for understanding in-app and mobile user behavior

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

What I like best: Amplitude Analytics is very strong for understanding user behavior through event-based tracking, funnels, and retention analysis. The insights are clear and actionable, and the visualizations make it easy to share findings across teams without heavy technical support.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

What I dislike: The platform has a steep learning curve, especially for new users, and requires careful event planning to be effective. Pricing can also become expensive as usage grows, and the interface can feel complex when using advanced features.
In addition, customer support can be slow or inconsistent at times, especially on lower-tier plans. Getting timely, in-depth help for complex issues can be challenging without premium support.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics helps track and analyze events in web and mobile apps, making it clear how users interact with specific features. This benefits me by showing which actions matter most, where users drop off, and how in-app behavior changes over time, so product decisions are based on real usage rather than assumptions.

 ### 33. AI-Powered Insights, Needs Better Navigation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like Amplitude Analytics' AI integration and how easy it is to review and summarize data with it. It helps me as a 'non-data person' to quickly analyze data.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Even with AI, I sometimes find the interface not easy to navigate and don't know where to find information instantly. There are LOTS of options and I would love more guidance to what is relevant for me or my role.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to know conversion rates and understand marketing funnel movements. Its AI helps me, as a non-data person, quickly analyze data, making reviewing and summarizing information easy.

**Official Response from Tamara Kecman:**

> Thank you for this awesome feedback! We're thrilled to hear that Amplitude is helping you across both marketing and product, and that you're enjoying the browser extension! You're absolutely right; with great data power comes the need for clarity. If you want to dig into Amplitude with some added support, our Community is a great place to be (https://bit.ly/cohort-community). Thanks for being such a thoughtful user!

 ### 34. Amplitude: Accurate Insights and Easy Cohort Analysis in a Few Clicks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

My current favorite is Amplitude AI. It’s very accurate, understands the tasks I give it, and doesn’t hallucinate much. I also like how it helps me pull large sets of data with multiple cohorts in just a few simple clicks. Honestly, it feels like the intern I always wanted.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

In some areas, conditioning on segments could be improved. When I create segments based on retention or other event tracking, the flexibility feels limited in certain places, which creates friction when trying to understand the data. That’s what I feel should be improved.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me understand users through data, monitor app health, and handle the analytics tasks that a Product Manager does in day-to-day work.

 ### 35. Varied, Easy-to-Read Charts with Helpful Comparative Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meenal G. | Connections Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

The best thing about Amplitude is it's varied charts that makes the data too easy to understand such as line chart, bar chart or pie suitable as per the dashboard.

The precalculated percentage of difference in comparative charts is another reason that makes it great for analytical reports.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Sometimes, when I change the timerange from default to specific date, the line chart disappears and just a dot is displayed on the dashboard that makes the process tedious for monthly data analysis.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps immensely to gather information about the drop offs & quick scrolls of the articles that help us design our ecosystem according to the precise data.

 ### 36. Intuitive Visualizations with Room for UX Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trisha G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I really appreciate Amplitude Analytics for its ease of use and visualization capabilities. It greatly helps me in attributing performance to different campaign types and simplifies creating project spaces. I find the charts and graphs very helpful for visualizing performance data, especially when I'm communicating with stakeholders. Being able to create charts for visualization purposes and look at performance by channel and campaign has been really beneficial, particularly when tracking email versus SMS and push performance within one or even across multiple brands.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Certain UX features could be improved. I would like better ways to compare data between time periods and a system-check for UTMs, flagging UTMs if no performance data is reflected due to changes.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics for attributing performance to different campaign types and visualizing performance data with charts and graphs, which helps in communicating with stakeholders.

 ### 37. Expand Product Insights with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme V.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find Amplitude Analytics very comprehensive, and I see that it is always reinventing itself. I liked the ease of obtaining insights and results with the cross-referencing of data and events, funnels, retention, and other analyses. A positive point is the inclusion of specific groups for analysis, which provides us with insights into friction points. For those who need quick analysis, the use of AI in Amplitude is a great solution. Additionally, we conduct many A/B tests and analyze the evolution of the results, which I consider an important positive point. The configuration of Amplitude is smooth and easy to perform.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think the things that don't work so well might be the instructions part. I couldn't identify more detailed instructions for a specific use case. For example, I would like to create user retention views and better understand how to create dashboards and charts for more specific uses.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to analyze sessions and event implementations, obtaining quick insights. The tool helps with summarized insights and is useful for product managers with little time.

 ### 38. Powerful Analytics, Smooth Setup with Slight Performance Lags

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I really love using Amplitude Analytics for analyzing our company's metrics and running A/B tests. The feature flags are fantastic and make it super easy to work with the platform. I appreciate how effortlessly I can spin up a chart and compare events; it's really cool. It helps us understand customer behavior and see how it evolves over time, or how our changes impact them. Also, the integration of feature flags within the platform is seamless, making it easy to connect everything. Being data-driven, Amplitude lets us figure out what's working with our experiments and A/B tests, which variants work and which ones don't.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I think sometimes when you're dealing with a lot of events, it feels a bit slow. Nothing major, but it does feel a little sluggish sometimes. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us understand customer behavior and the impact of our changes. Sometimes it evens helps us debug problems, when customers have a different behavior than expected.

 ### 39. Amplifies User Insights with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find Amplitude Analytics really beneficial for observing user experience and creating detailed product analytics. I love the awesome user profiles, as they provide all the details of a customer, which is extremely helpful, especially when dealing with complaints or support requests. It makes it easier to understand what users were trying to do. I also appreciate the nice abilities to create reports and spot trends, which adds valuable insight into our data. Recently, they implemented a nice MCP, and it works very well.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Can't find anything right now

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to create awesome user profiles, generate reports, and spot trends. It helps understand user actions during complaints or support requests.

 ### 40. Powerful Data Analytics with Impressive Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Very powerful tool for data analytics overall -- there are plenty of features and functions and flexibility to take advantage of! I especially love the dashboards. The "Getting Started with Amplitude Analytics" course (videos + transcript + interactive walkthrough activities) was especially helpful to help me get familiar with the platform.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to understanding how to navigate the platform and utilize/make the most of its (many) capabilities -- I've only touched the tip of the iceberg myself!

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was analyzing a dashboard created for one of our products (that began early last year). For my role (accounting-related), there are two dashboards that were particularly helpful as we needed to come up with an accrual estimate. One of the charts (a multi-line chart) on the dashboard showed the number of claims coming in each day, with a different-coloured line for each type of claim (e.g. damaged, lost, stolen). Another helpful chart to analyze for my use case was the one tracking the daily sum of reimbursements/refunds (i.e., approved claims) being paid out. For both charts, I was only interested in the total for each day (no need for separation by claim type), so I removed the "grouped by: claim_reason", which resulted in the chart that was most helpful for my purposes. Then, to get a cumulative total (just the sum from all claims, not the day-by-day breakdown) to date, I selected the "Bar chart" option. The date presets (e.g. "Last 30 days", "This quarter") and keyword options (e.g. "Between", "Last", "Since", "This") have also been incredibly useful for further refining of my searches (down to whatever specific period I am looking to analyze the data for).

 ### 41. User-Friendly, No-Code Tool with Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rasa . | CPO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

It’s very user-friendly, and you don’t need to know any coding to get started. Since it’s one of the market leaders, it also offers integrations with other services, which makes it easier to fit into an existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

It becomes laggy when working with larger data sets. For our company of seven people, the monthly price makes up a significant percentage of our overall monthly spend.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone, in any role, can analyse data and produce clear, readable results that are easy to interpret.

 ### 42. Clear Dashboard and AI Tools That Streamline Web Traffic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jed D. | Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Everything is clear in the dashboard, and their use of AI tools really helps streamline our web traffic. It performs extremely well

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Our organization finds it extremely easy to use, no issues so far.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really needed a single interface to gauge our web traffic across multiple sites for ourselves and our clients. The dashboard is really clear and fool proof

 ### 43. Simple Implementation and Powerful Analysis, with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I highlight how simple its implementation is and how powerful it is in terms of the types of analysis it allows, such as segmentation, retention, user lifecycle, engagement matrix, among others. If at any point you don't know how to implement a function, you can refer to the documentation, the practical AI Chatbot, or even train yourself through the Academy.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

It would be better if the TTL configuration for data retention was in all tiers or at least included in the Growth plan.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In recent times, this platform has significantly helped us improve the quality of event tracking instrumentation, thanks to its excellent performance from a technical standpoint. It has also allowed us to communicate more clearly within the company how many active users are using the app on its three platforms, as well as identify opportunities and areas for improvement that we need to focus on, avoiding discussions without data to support them. Furthermore, with the incorporation of other modules like Guides & Surveys or Session replay, the feedback loop with the client and the discovery phase have substantially improved.

 ### 44. Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

The range of features offered by Amplitude Analytics is truly impressive. I rely on it as an all-in-one platform for everything related to product and analytics at our company. Not a day goes by without using Amplitude—it has become an essential backbone for our operations.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

At times, the customer support can feel slow, and it may take a while to get issues resolved. Additionally, I tried integrating various services like AppsFlyer and my Google Ads account with Amplitude, but for some reason, it just doesn't seem to work. Implementing certain features, such as Session Replay, has also been problematic and remains unresolved. Aside from these challenges, the product is generally easy to use, even for those without a technical background.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude for a variety of projects, including iOS and Android mobile apps, a website, and several other platforms. It’s excellent for tracking daily logs in Marketing and Growth. For developers, the real-time event updates for users are a significant advantage. Amplitude handles everything related to product data, user locations, and devices, which really simplifies my workflow. I especially appreciate the Ask Amplitude AI feature—it generates reports that would have required a lot of manual work, and does so effortlessly.

 ### 45. Essential for User Behavior Insight, But Performance Hiccups

**Reviewed by:** Shamini P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I like that Amplitude Analytics is useful in finding where users drop in a flow and makes it easy to identify real problems. It helps us understand how users exactly use the app, which lets teams rely on real user data to improve features. I also find it helpful for analyzing new versus existing users, new variants, and regional differences. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Sometimes it takes time to load the event.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Analytics to check event tracking, understand user flows, and identify drop-off points, assisting in improving features based on real user behavior. It helps ensure updates work as intended.

 ### 46. Insightful Product Analysis with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I find the funnel charts most useful as I aim to understand conversion a lot of the time and where drop-off is. The results of funnel charts are easy to interpret. I also find it useful to be able to break funnel charts down further by the different filters available to me.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

I don't really understand how to use the journeys chart. I feel like this would be useful for me as I could see how users are maneuvering around our product but the charts are often very noisy and don't really make sense.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics lets me explore how users access our platform and identify opportunity gaps. I use the funnel charts to understand conversion and drop-offs, which are easy to interpret and break down with different filters.

 ### 47. Amplitude Makes Website Analytics Easy to Implement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sreekanth p. | Full-stack Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

As of now nothing. For beginners it is a steep learning curve

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude helps in viewing the analytics of our website including customer dropdown point etc

 ### 48. Customizable Dashboards and Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude gives us opportunity to build the dashboard for our all purpose reports. It is customizable, you can have as many reports as you need, track your performance- from traffic to retention. Support is very helpful whenever we need it, but the ai agent is also very helpful to have almost all questions answered.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Sometimes it feels a bit complex when you want to build a custom report, but once you figure it out, the nexts are going much easier.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude helped us make data driven decisions, improve both conversion and retentions rates. We stopped guessing where our main problem was and started reling on actual data that helped us improve the performance overall. we have seen where our main traffic is coming, what industries are mostly converting into real customers.

 ### 49. Insightful Analytics Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristaps R. | User Experience Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

I really appreciate the flexibility of the configuration with Amplitude Analytics. We're using it alongside Segment, which lets us pass controlled and granular data into Amplitude. Setting up views has been great, and even though we're still in the POC stage, the results we've seen are strong and promising, providing us with exactly what we need.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Creation of the charts and filters in the dashboards is not as straightforward as it could be. There are some issues in learning curve on creating them properly. One of those was with the time period filters. It seems to kinda default on just the last few days, and we had some hiccups with filtering those. Then the other was when setting up and understanding our data structure, we were adding a variety of events, which we then later deleted. But in the reports, it was still showing up as a deleted unknown event. If it's deleted and unknown, it shouldn't show there. And there was really no way of taking it out from the report. So that was a hiccup.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics surfaces platform complexity and user interactions, helps create user cohorts, and identifies key groups and usage patterns, enhancing our understanding and focusing on value drivers and bottlenecks. As well as establishing user maturity curves.

 ### 50. Excellent Analytics & Support, But Pricing Limits Event Tracking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu G. | Product & Marketing Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude Analytics offers a wide range of charts, from basic to advanced, that address nearly all the needs you might have for product analytics. In addition, it provides effective data management tools like data alerts—which I find extremely useful—and data governance features that become especially valuable as your product grows in size and complexity. What truly stands out for me, though, is Amplitude’s customer support. Their team consistently provides thoughtful, well-reasoned responses and quickly grasps the issues I’m facing. It’s honestly the best support team I’ve ever encountered.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics?**

Amplitude Analytics' pricing model is determined by data volume, meaning that the more events you track, the higher the cost. This structure discourages teams from tracking additional events, even though product teams generally want to collect as much data as possible. In our organization, this has become a significant obstacle. We have often had to implement feature flags to control which events are tracked, allowing us to disable certain events if the volume becomes too high. I believe pricing should be based on the number of users instead, so organizations can freely instrument events without constantly worrying about escalating Amplitude costs.

**What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Analytics provides valuable insights into user behavior within our mobile apps, which is essential for enhancing our product. We have also used Amplitude to conduct AB tests, helping us optimize various stages of our product.
