Issues are not resolved on time. When we raise a ticket with a specific time call is not done at the particular time. Hence have to ensure i check my free time and then submit a ticket to receive calls within 15 minutes. 1st level team does not understand the concern, the remote desk is taken for hours together, and there is no update on the ticket on what the first level has done.
