We can make outbound call inbound call............ and the call connects widout any hassle as no issue while talking to the customer. connecting the customer makes the customer feel more secure as we as a company call to the customer and give the details so it makes more effective in a customer service company as it plays vital role for the customer experience as the customer feels supported and connected to us as call get connect easily and with perfect sound .......................................... What do you like best about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

Its glitch-free user interface is so simple that no formal training is required to use this; its outbound and inbound customer care setup is simple, easy to understand and use, and integrated with my salesforce, so click-to-call and similar features are working fine so far. What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

Not much about dislikes in this software, just a few suggestions that they need to train their customer care and support staff so that customer's queries and problems can get resolved quickly and the second thing is that the recordings of calls need to be downloaded within 30 days to keep safe else all recordings get deleted. What do you like best about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

I have been using this software for the last eight months to create automated outbound and inbound customer care calls, and I must tell you, It has been a good deal so far. The experience with Ameyo has been great so far; they have an excellent customer service team available 24/7. Easy configuration with our apps and tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

The pricing pattern is something that makes me dislike this a bit. The minor changes, like a custom report, are a significant charge that should already be in the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, Very sorted out UI, Quik fixes

As an end user I was happy with the product yet as a manager I would be worried about the certain loopholes employees exploit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time to time crash while calling

Uncertainty of the bugs, not knowing why the issue is arising and the loopholes

I link the simple interface with advanced options with a single click. On top of this, their customer support is awesome. Also, their price is very affordable. In total, I am very much happy with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

Ameyo is a 360 suite that offers customers a rich and customized, adaptable solution.

Also, Helps to improve the customer experience across all the channels. Ameyo /Drishti is one of the old and best software available. It is easy to use and flexible with APIs to implement at the workplace. It has all the capabilities which make a call center a profit-making center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

I have been operating Ameyo for almost ten years, starting with calling solution and now ticketing also I didn't find any dislikes about it. Monitoring the daily Performance, Tracking and controlling through Ameyo is quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

Issues are not resolved on time. When we raise a ticket with a specific time call is not done at the particular time. Hence have to ensure i check my free time and then submit a ticket to receive calls within 15 minutes. 1st level team does not understand the concern, the remote desk is taken for hours together, and there is no update on the ticket on what the first level has done. The second-level team takes remote and starts from the strech and we need to explain again. Reports are wrongly fetched most of the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

1. Ameyo's integration with CRM makes the users call the customers directly from the CRM info as it also provides a call button.

2. Very simple-looking tool which is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?

1. The reports are not customisable.

2. We are not getting access to the data in ameyo, where we can easily take the required reports.

3. There is no compatibility to connect ameyo with any of our in-house desk software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
