It suddenly disconnected even in a strong network and unable to establish the connection.

Support is no help. I need to add it through a directory but to my knowledge that was never set up. When I try to set it up, it acts as if I don't already have and pay for an actual workspace. I don't wont to risk being overbilled by setting up a new one.
