There are a lot of tools available & integration of tools with the product is simple and reliable. AWS is one of the oldest cloud providers and has the best in class for ease of user control.

- Best about it - that it is easy to start with serverless & storage services provided are very easy to manage and a user can rely on these services, they can independently meet the requirements. It is the best in market as I have mentioned but few things we can improve are

- Provide better documentation services so a new user can configure easily.

- UI changes are quite frequent sometimes.

AWS has the most and best custom-made tools that fit the exact needs of many industries.

AWS is charging a fee for technical support and if the customer is looking for DR (Disaster Recovery) within India then AWS does not have a data center in another region of India.
