Amazon Redshift is a robust software. Being a columnar data storage architecture makes it very efficient to query very large amount of data. We have several users who access and query Amazon Redshift but it does not affect the speed or efficency of the queries. It is compatible with several BI and visualization tools. We use Tableau in our organization to create reports and analytics. It is easier to setup and most of maintenance is managed by Amazon.
