I like the ability to be able to analyze and manage user data; you can generate keys for hosts being configured; the feature to add public keys to facilitate logins for administration has a part of preparing repositories which allows me to manage packages better; the integration with Amazon Elastic and Amazon EC2. Amazon Linux AMI is no longer in support however they have launched Amazon Linux AMI V2 which is more powerful, secure,robust and is promising for support upto 2023. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No doubt Amazon Linux AMI v2 is powerful than older version, however the older version was a bit more convenient in terms of UI and usability, it will take time to adapt the new version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In Amazon machine image that I really like that I easily to launch Amazon Linux server in any environment like on-premises and cloud that few step only after launch 2 minutes is running Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that Amazon Linux server connect to the third party software like putty. I suggest you any ony connect the server through the cmd and direct connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Amazon Linux AMI we can easily deploy Linux servers and virtual machines just by selecting the AMI as it will be predefined with certain softwares. Compared to other cloud platforms, Amazon has wide range of AMIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
