Ease of integration and cloud base integration to our environment is key. We manage over 400 nodes on the aws cloud and there are three of us... its ease of use, security, load balancing and autoscaling makes it that more appealing.
Now we our new integration of ansible, we are able to build new environments with just one click Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the only dislike that I have to not having the ability to switch from one account to another...i have to logout and then log into the other account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web interface is fantastic, and ability to upload and propagate content via Amazon S3 made things super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a bit to sort out using HTTPS with our own URLs instead of the ones generated by Amazon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was very easy to get started. I love that CloudFront has it's own CLI tool! It makes it very convenient for users like me, who prefers to stay in their terminal for as much work as possible. As with all Amazon products, CloudFront ties in excellent with the rest of the infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's no completely free tier (though you get one year free as a new user) but the price is so low it's negligible. Also if it's your first time working with Amazon Web Services the configuration and setup might seem a little daunting initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was't must about Amazon Cloudfront that I found beneficially. Perhaps it was just because of the application I needed it for, small audiences downloading training content I create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I messed around with Amazon Cloudfront for a bit, but I found little to no benefit from using it. It did not increase my traffic nor did it allow me to view analytics on my site that I was interested in. Not saying the application is bad, just not for everyone. Especially not for me (YouTuber and webhost). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that you can get a working configuration really quick. It integrates deeply with AWS S3 service, so you can have your assets distributed on the CDN in just minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don´t think there is something I would not recommend about AWS CF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloudfront has great integration with the rest of the AWS stack, and it's easy to provision and set up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cloudfront is extremely, extremely slow to update settings. Most of the time it takes ~30 minutes to update a setting, and about 15 minutes to purge a cache. It's so slow that I sometimes wonder if there is someone running around Amazon with a printout that they need to deliver to someone else to update the servers. The ease of management (part of the AWS management tools). Full integration with S3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't have advanced capabilities like image resizing on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tying in the AWS Certificate manager means that *everyone gets free SSL*. There is NO reason not to have SSL on your hosted static content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be slow to push updates with the Invalidation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Availability, reliability, and accessibility. First of all I was shocked to learn about Amazon 140 Billion Dollar web company. They provide the same customer support you get when you shop at their online store. Great tools and amazing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a bit expensive. Amazon also doesn't seem to be ahead of the game any more with Google Cloud competing in full force now. I also heard that Dropbox left Amazon web services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Amazon Cloudfront is very fast, and has plenty of edge locations, Their pricing is also very competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a bit confusing to setup, invalidating is sometimes a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
