What do you like best about Amadeus Cytric?

Once you know the commands, it’s extremely fast and reliable. Pricing, reissues, complex routings, queue work everything can be done without lag. For air heavy markets like US/Europe, cryptic still beats GUI in speed and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amadeus Cytric?

I would say, very steep learning curve. Zero forgiveness for command errors. UI feels outdated and intimidating for new users. Documentation isn’t beginner-friendly, so most learning happens on the job under pressure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amadeus Cytric solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a business travel consultant at Navan, where I have to use Amadeus to create manual air, hotel and car rental bookings. I also use Sabre, but in comparison to Sabre Amadeus is excellent. It is very fast. Amadeus cytric helps me create bookings way more quicker than GUI. Even while pricing the itinerary, Amadeus Cytric has been proved excellent for me specially when I have to use the command “FQD”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amadeus Cytric?

Definitely the best would be the AI-powered platform itself, it does have a really good implementation regarding the use of AI, so it is not too overwhelming either. It definitely helps with the main purpose of corporate travel and expense management. So I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a platform that has good customer support, good software implementation and really easy to use. The lack of features within the software/website itself, I would definitely recommend adding more features for price value of the product itself, and to definitely show more reviews from clients about the software/product itself so that people can trust the platform. Definitely, managing expenses has been the top priority that Amadeus Cytric has helped me resolve easily, with their AI-powered software and tools that prevent any type of risks within the management input. At the same time the Travel Management tools that Amadeus Cytric uses are definitely worth the price and have really good tools for any type of traveling management needed for any user.
